War am Anfang etwas skeptisch bezüglich der Lueferdauer aber habe beide Stühle innert 2 Wochen erhalten. Waren nirgendwo anders in der Schweiz erhältlich. Besten Dank und gerne wieder!

Wir haben auf Bloomingloft ein Sofa im November 2024 bestellt. Bis Heute wurden wir nur durch jegliche „Ausreden“ vertröstet, warum das Sofa immer noch nicht bei uns ist. Einfach nur ärgerlich, wir warten seit 4 Monaten auf das neue Sofa.

After almost 2 months of waiting after my purchase the table finally arrived however, to my surprise, it was another table. Not only they sent the wrong table, this table came damaged and with no screws to set it up. I've been emailing for 1 month and still haven't been able to come up with a solution. They keep blaming the provider and say that I should wait 2 more months to receive the correct table. They only reply via email and cannot call them to fix this. No one gives their name.

I feel I just lost 2000fr. Please do not bother they sell themselves as a high standing store but it is just crap.

I was delivered a table with 2 weeks delay and it arrived all broken despite the perfect packaging they are saying they need reimbursement from DHL first even though there was no packaging problem

I am now stuck with an expensive completely broken marble table!!!

2 months passed after we ordered online and they say they still need more than one month to deliver the sofa. They are too slow!! My experience is AWFUL!!!!!!!

„Ich bin sehr enttäuscht, dass meine Couch noch immer nicht angekommen ist. Bestellt ende Oktober 2024 jetzt haben wir Januar 2025. Die Wartezeit wird immer länger. Ich hatte mich wirklich auf das Möbelstück gefreut, aber bisher ist der Service leider alles andere als zufriedenstellend. Ich hoffe, dass sich dies bald klärt. Seit ich eine Ansage gemacht habe schreiben sie mir im E-Mail auch nicht mehr zurück und nehmen auch das Telefon nicht ab. Also wenn ihr gerne eine super Service möchtet würde ich euch Bloomingloft nicht empfehlen.

Plus de 6 semaines que j'attends ma commande, aucune réponse à mes mails de relance. C'est honteux. Ne commandez jamais sur ce site!
