Do not order from this joke website. Been waiting over a month for the rest of my order (a bath mat) that they have multiple times told me will be delivered in the next few days. After a month and almost 2 weeks I wrote them to tell them I want to cancel my order and a refund. They didn’t even apologized and the lazy costumer service person could not even process the refund itself cause an email had to be sent from my part when clearly they had all my information to AT LEAST write me an email themselves confirming my cancellation and refund. Worst costumer service I have encountered in my life.

The delivery time stated on the website is 10-20 DAYS, in email they say it’s WORKING DAYS, and now it’s already 40 days! Nothing!
