The items never arrived. The company does not reply to emails or answer their phone. Very poor will never order with them again.

Waited over a week, nothing has arrived. I have tried emailing, no reply, telephone number also doesn’t work off the website. If nothing arrives I’ll claim the money back through my credit card company.

Ordered clothes over a week ago,payment taken straight away but did receive email confirming order.Still have not recieved order,no reply to numerous emails sent and phone line doesn’t work.Dealt with the company without any issues,disappointed this occasion,still hoping items arrive

Take the money from your account the moment you confirm the order, most places take the money when the order is actually sent. Then suprise suprise like many here have mentioned you can't get any response from them. They have had a sign on a building in Manchester for 10 years. Surely trading standards should have called there by now. Why run an actual company when you can just pretend and take money for nothing.

On the website it said that the item was in stock but it wasn't. It would save us all a lot of time if you would just update the inventory status 🙄
