"I ordered 3 pairs of shorts"

I ordered 3 pairs of shorts, went through and paid for them, a week orcso later got an email that 2 of them were out of stock and they had issued a refund. Went back on to the site and ordered and paid for 2 pairs of shorts I ly ti be told a week later that one pair was out of stock. They need to update their website to reflect any items that are out of stock and having to issue refunds.

Ordered an olive green rucksack,only to receive a camo bag- emailed and received a reply an hour or so later apologising and saying another bag would be dispatched the following morning. Great service!!

Placed an order (Christmas gift) for an item stated to be in stock and duly paid. Week later receive an email to say order cancelled as item no longer in stock. Pretty poor stock control and service leaving it virtually a week later to notify me, and I still haven’t been reimbursed! I am very unlikely to shop with you again.
