I was a little surprised that your website allowed me to order and pay for an item that was out of stock. Admittedly I did get a refund the following day but still slightly annoying. It would have been nice if the response had said that we will email you when the item is back in stock….

Order hasn't arrived since 16th July. 48hr tracked royal mail. Phone number doesn't exist and no reply via Facebook or email. I'm not local so it looks like I have lost out here

I ordered 2 items both of which were returned - one item to be exchanged for another size and the other to be returned for refund.
The exchanged item was received but a month later I still haven’t received my refund despite multiple requests for updates.
I have had no replies to any of the emails I have sent and will need to contact my bank to get this sorted.
