"An absolute Scam !! Forget it !!"

An absolute Scam ! They charged me over £300 to “order the part” for my job induction. And promised to have somebody come fix it by end of feb (I called them in January). I still haven’t heard of them as there are ghosting me on emails (this whole month) And refuse to cancel the work or send a refund and don’t give any set date as to when they will come and to anything.

"Stay away from this company, a total rip off"

First of all, I have booked the job after 12pm and their engineer came much earlier disrupting our work schedule.

Secondly, the engineer was very rude and intimidating. Moreover, he was refusing to park on a street that is literally 1-2 mins walking distance.

Thirdly and most importantly, we were charged almost £100 for an engineer to come for literally not even 5 minutes to tell us we need an electrician. When I booked the repair call out at CapitalRepairs i selected the electric hob and would assume you cover any potential fault with an electric hob particularly when i mentioned is likely to be the switch or a wire and I ve never been told you don't cover electrics. Your one off call includes labour just as stated on your website and confirmed via phone call.

This is absolutely unfair and unacceptable. I kindly ask for a refund (given payment was already made) or revise the cost for this simple diagnosis. So unfair & such a rip off. Truly disappointed.

Do not go there, they pretend they can fix it, just to take the call out charge.
I contacted them for repairing my Neff oven door, the engineer came, could not fixed, the engineer promised that the company will call me today, give me a quote for repair and arrange for collection today,I agreed. They never called , after I disposed the oven two days later I get a call requesting £73.00+vat call out charge. Threatening emails and phone calls. Lies and so on. My honest advice do not even think.

You have an excellent electrian who is head of repairs. Paul had time to explain the problem and steps taken to resolve. Follow up call and delivered a replacement integrated fridge freezer. All this went through efficiently and smoothly. Would use your co again
