Hi people. Just received my order (F300026791) after 17 days of waiting .
Opened pack and just to see for my disappointment that I got wrong stuff.
Instead of getting stair covers Las Vegas lilac I received premium s covers. Which is lower quality and cheaper version.

Ordered 25/4 no confirmation taken my money nothing messaged tried calling nothing informed my bank how can they be allowed to do this .....DONT ORDER FROM THEM

Ordered my product on the 22nd of April.

12 days later, with no update, I emailed them, they said it can take up to 10 business days.

It is now 16th of May (24 days after initial purchase), with no update, and no product.

Don't order from floormats.co.uk, you will probably not receive your product.

"Don’t bother"

Extremely poor customer service. Waiting on item for over 4 weeks. Customer service team have no idea and seem to just provide tracking numbers. Not been issued a refund as yet. Items DO NOT arrive from UK and there’s an extreme lag time on deliveries. Pretty disgusting.

"Do not use... Returns must be sent to Germany"

I ordered from Floor Mats UK a few weeks ago. It took over three weeks for my order to arrive, no tracking information was provided. My item was stained and partly broken. I contacted Floor Mats UK happy to return my order and pay postage but was told it has to be returned to Germany. No where on the website or in the Terms and Conditions does it say this. It's unreasonable to expect customers to know this prior to ordering. The cost to return a large heavy item to Germany outweighs the cost of the order.

"Awful company. Will be taking legal action!"

Awful company. Never ever answer their phones. Have tried 6 times over the last two weeks. Placed order received order confirmation 15/04. Since then nothing have sent 4 e-mails with no response nothing!!!!

Will be taking legal action within the next week for breach of their contact and in case your reading this order number is F300024777. I don’t even want it now after waiting tho time

"Not good"

Not good, Ist mat I bought ( Black Chair mat for the desk chair) was totally unsuitable, no grip slippy and marked; I wanted to send it back but the return address was Germany so not UK, it would have cost more than the mat cost to return it.
The second mat Chair Mat with Lip for Carpet Floors (transparent) is inflexible, hard and moves about , doesn't grip the carpet, I have to keep repositioning it throughout the day. Would be OK it it didn't move but it moves across the floor and has scraped the paint off my skirting boards in just two weeks. Rubbish! and the reviews on the website are 90% 4 stars, I really don't believe that!!

"Foreign based company - with slow delivery times."

I suspect the company is not UK based - suffers from very slow delivery times and shambolic customer service (where English seems to be a struggle)
The website (or me) duplicated the order.
They cancelled one, claimed they could not see the other.
I sent a paypal ref - they could not see it.
I sent a grab of the paypal transaction receipt - could not see it. Told me that this was essentially my issue and i shld contact paypal. I raised a none receipt from a still live transaction, immediately they saw it....
Im still waiting for delivery - 2+ weeks on.... they cant cancel as its on its way apparently - but from where i do not know.

"Arrived nicely flat packed"

Ordered a chair mat with lip for carpeted floors.
Due to the convid-19 lockdown it took just over 2 weeks for the order to arrive. Delivery man stood by (over 1 metre away) until I opened the door and collected the flat packed package.
Opened up the package and the floor mat although seemed to be the same thickness as the one it was replacing, seemed to be a lot stiffer. The old one had started to crack and tear after 9 months usage. Will see how this one lasts but so far the computer chair rolls over it without flexing that the old one did so that is a plus. This one is polycarbonate and slightly more expensive where the last one was PVC. The company rates 5 stars from me as they answered my query about delivery very quickly and the item came packed as promised and in excellent condition.

Update 28 May 2020:
This mat still slides over the carpet but not as fast as the old PVC one did. The old one took only 2 days to slide 5 cm and this one takes almost twice that.

"Order never dispatched. No refund. Ignorant company."

Over two weeks a go I placed an order. They provided a tracking number. Item hasn’t moved in over two weeks so I contacted ParcelForce who said they hadn’t actually gave the item to them! Disgrace of a company, ignored all requests for refund. Told me my item was shipped then when I told them ParcelForce said it wasn’t, they ignored me from then on. Disputing via PayPal. Don’t buy from these absolute scammers.
