"I ordered and received a plastic…"
I ordered and received a plastic floormat from floormats.co.uk in January to place on the carpet under my desk. By March, it had begun cracking and splitting. I emailed customer services who, according to the company's website "take customer satisfaction seriously and genuinely aim to leave all of our customers happy with their sales experience". They replied to say my complaint fell outside their 30 day return period so they could do nothing. I pointed out that I was using the floormat in accordance with the conditions for which it was intended according to their own product specification and it was demonstrably defective and unfit for purpose. Under the Consumer Rights Act, I was entitled to a free replacement. All customer services offered in return was a discount on a new order. This is a company that hides behind threadbare excuses, shabby evasions and, eventually, complete silence. Their product is crap and their assurance of taking "customer satisfaction seriously" is a sick joke. It's a pity I can't award floormats.co.uk the rating they truly deserve - MINUS 10 stars. DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO BUY FROM THEM..

Very bad service, taking advantage of the COVID19 situation as a blanket excuse for awful customer service and sloppy delivery protocols. No courier tracking number or links, and same automatic reply to all my inquiries about delivery delays. It’s been nearly 2 weeks since ordering a small item and am still waiting...

"Chair Mat for Carpet Floors - PRO Series"
Paid a little more and ordered a pro series chair mat to use in my office space at home on a new carpet. After just 7/8 weeks of use, a very loud crack was heard and closer inspection showed the chair mat to be extremely damaged with numerous cracks. I emailed the company to ask for a refund to be told that the guarantee is only valid for 30 days so there is nothing they could do to help. Extremely disappointed with the product and the so-called 'customer service'. I would not recommend this product at all.

"Poor product and customer services"
Bought some grey PCV "bamboo" fencing from this company. The string holding the slats has broken and the fences have had to come down. Emailed them to ask how they suggested we should have fitted them and to complain about the quality. No reply. Posted a bad review on their website and they didn't publish it. Misrepresentation.

"Placed order over two weeks ago"
Placed order over two weeks ago. They take the money immediately and then nothing. No reponse to email, no reponse to phone - you just hang for 20 minutes and then phone goes dead. Understand these are difficult times but at least make some effort at customer service. Dismal...

"Bad service."
This company have been the worse company I have ever had dealing with. The customer service has been awful making excuses for not delivering my parcel and blaming Parcel Force for their service who deny receiving the goods.
Having contacted Floormats on numerous occasions regarding delivery and being told give it a couple more days I have finally given up on getting my parcel any time soon. 21 days and counting.
Hopefully I will get a refund from Floormats, watch this space.

"Poor quality product"
Was originally unimpressed by the delays in delivery - the mat was lost by the courier on the first attempt and a new one had to be shipped from Germany. Customer service were poor and despite good prompt initial email responses, following updates were not forthcoming.
The mat itself looked durable and hard wearing when first received. However after 2 months of usage, it cracked and not fit for purpose. Customer services refused to send out a replacement or refund even though it had only been 2 months.

"Products Have Gone Downhill"
Purchased a mat 4 years ago, it was great, lasted for that length of time and then cracked.
So I set about replacing it with the 'same' mat but slightly larger. It arrived and was clearer than the previous material and thinner, which I was concerned about but trusted the product based on my previous purchase.
How wrong I was. Less than two months later, it cracked pretty badly even though I always sit down on my chair carefully. Obviously 30 day returns policy so no hope of a replacement, but pathetic for something to last such a short time doing the job it was supposedly designed for.
Will be replacing with a product from another company and will do so with future orders for my company office.

Bought a "Chair Mat for Carpet Floors - PRO Series (transparent)" form these cowboys and it developed a big crack in less than a month. They replied saying they only guarantee it for 30 days and I was now outside this (I emailed them on day 31 and the fault had clearly developed before that within the 30 days). Either way the material used is not fit for purpose, it is too brittle to be used in a carpet floor mat. Within a week of the first cracks appearing it had cracked so much I had to throw it out. Also the reviews on their website are all fake, try to leave anything other than a 4 or 5* review and see if it ever appears....it won't and that is why it is filled with glowing 4 and 5 star reviews. Avoid this company like COVID-19!
