"Really poor products"

Really poor products. I bought a plastic mat to go under an office chair. In days it started to disintegrate and break up. They sent me a new one which did the same albeit taking about two months to break. Therefore this took me over the 30 day returns policy and therefore they won't help me, or refund me. Crazy that a chair to protect the carpet doesn't last. Customer service were no help, not apologetic and said I wouldn't find a product that did! I wouldn't use this company again.

I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. I placed my order a month ago and after two weeks with no sign of the product arriving I chased only to be advised they would look into it. A week later I eventually got a response saying that their carrier had lost it and a replacement would be sent. A few days later I then got another email asking if I wanted a replacement or refund?!?! I confirmed a replacement but then a further week later was emailed to be advised that the product I'd ordered was out of stock/discontinued and they would be refunding my money. I'm absolutely furious with these cow boys, they've wasted my time and put my floor at risk from damage. From the other reviews I am not alone in this terrible service, avoid and encourage as many people as possible not to use them. Ideally Google need to strip them of their search ranking so they can't waste anymore peoples time.

"Wrong colour, crap quality, awful customer service"

Ordered three grey mats - they arrived and they are light blue - they are like off cuts from a larger, cheap, thin pile carpet- completely useless for my purpose. Customer service will not refund. Stay well clear.

I wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered a floor mat from this bunch of clowns.
Not only did it take ages to arrive, the floor mat has now split after about 5 weeks of use! I contacted them to try and sort it out, the guy on the phone conveniently couldn’t find my order details (the conversation was like pulling teeth), but fortunately I had the PayPal receipt. Emailed them pictures as requested and got a standard response back saying that they don’t give refunds after 30 days!!! Refunds???! It’s broken & not fit for purpose!!!

One star given because zero is not an option. You could use this company but only if you want slow delivery and terrible customer service. Do not believe the reviews on their website. Absolutely dreadful!

"What a useless company"

What a useless company. My delivery came on a day I was not in to collect it then got redirected to my local postoffice. No information from company informing me of this. Then when I call company customer service to find out they were too vague. Not using again.

Absolutely horrific customer service! No one answers the phones, no one responds to emails and worst of all they do not deliver on time. Tried to order again thinking it was a one-off experience however they do not want to get back to any queries despite trying to order the exact same product again but in bigger quantities...

"avoid!!!"

The matt i recieved was absoloutley shocking, so thin and cheap. Completely different colour than the photograph shown too? I send them pictures and they just kept arguing. They kept on getting my name wrong too. Horrible people, grim company.

"Poor quality runner - slides around"

Purchased hall runner which was supposed to have non slip backing but it slides all over the place. Telephoned company who said my floor must be to blame (ha ha- it is a typical pine boarded floor)
Very poor quality product indeed.

"Stuck with a torn FloorMat"

Please please do not buy from this website.

I bought a FloorMat which took forever to arrive and when it arrived it was damaged. I informed (Serden) FloorMat of this and they asked me to send pics which I did. They claim not to be able to open the pics which I resent like up to four times. After I kept asking for an update the person stopped replying.
