Ordered 2 floor mats described as grey came in a pink and beige colour they said the colour was correct and must be my screen although described as grey had to return both to Germany at my own cost 5 weeks ago at £11 pounds each said they haven’t received them yet please don’t be fooled that you are dealing with a uk company as any problems you have to deal with Germany and the cost of postage to there.

Having previously used them and had a great experience, I thought I'd replace the original purchase due to wear and tear.
Sadly this time, the experience has been appalling. They state approx 3-4 days for delivery, it's now 11 days from my order being accepted and they still can't give me a firm date for delivery.
Further to this, there has been no proactive service to advise of the issues, just some half-hearted apologies and vague promises of delivery times. No offer of goodwill for the delays and non-communication
Update 23.8.
Still no sign of the item or any proactivenes on the suppliers part. Having checked tracking info the item has been sent out 3 times. All days I've been at home and no cards left. Supplier is saying I can't get a refund until I refuse the delivery but the evidence suggests its unlikely I will based on the previous no shows.
Please do not use this company the customer service is appalling and I'm still waiting 2 weeks after placing the order. Website mentions prompt delivery within 3 to 4 days.

If it were my company I would have had a conversation with Parcelforce to remedy the issue but it seems they'd rather not bother.
I'm now in a situation whereby they won't refund the item until I refuse delivery but based on the tracking item I'm unlikely to receive the item at all.
Sadly I can't order a new item until I'm refunded so will be contacting PayPal regards a charge back due the lack of service.
Maybe it's a one-off, but I certainly won't be using them again based on this experience. Shocking situation and appalling customer service. Stay away!

"DO NOT USE"
They rang me to say that the mats I ordered were not in stock and I accepted a different colour. That was 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting. They are supposedly with Hermes but won't give me a tracking number. I email every day and although they reply they just say they are with the delivery company. DO NOT USE THEM

Avoid this company. Waited ages for a mat that never arrived. When I contacted them was told courier had lost it and they didn't have another to send me. Completely wasted my time but judging by other reviews regarding quality maybe they did me a favour.

SIMPLY. DO. NOT. USE!!!
I have been trying to get a refund since June on an item ordered then, which turned out to be not in stock. Customer service is only available by email (2 or 3 people sporadically) and the phone number on the website never picks up. Despite 3 attempts now to get the refund back into my account, there has been a complete failure to make it happen. Apparently, it’s been made (it hasn’t, I checked), I need to ‘check with my bank’. I’ve had to give them my bank details three times, so I’ve concluded they’re either a lost cause or a scamming outfit. I’m off to UK Trading Standards next.

Bought a mat to go under a chair in front of the computer. It’s useless. The chair can’t move on it without the whole mat bunching up.
Despite giving the impression of being a U.K. company, e.g. Floormats.co.uk, the products come from Germany.
I’m now faced with having to return a fairly heavy mat to Germany because it’s not fit for purpose.
Use this company with caution.

"Disappointing product & service"
I ordered a Protective Rubber Anti-Vibration 10mm thick mat to sit under my washing machine to absorb its vibrations when on a spin. Delivery was quick, but the product was completely ineffective. When I tried to return the product I was told I would have to return it to Germany despite the company being called Floormats.co.uk. There was also no mention in their returns policy that returns would have to be sent to Germany. The cost of posting it to Germany was almost the same as the cost of the mat so I decided it wasn’t worth me sending it back. Customer services were quick to respond and were apologetic, but they could not provide me with a cheaper method of return. They paid me 10% of the cost of the mat as compensation (which amounted to between £2-£3), but this still left me out of pocket by just over £20. Complete waste of time, effort and money!

"DO NOT USE"
DO NOT USE!! Apparently my high quality floor mat which doesn't crack-, curl-, break-, scratch- and yellow-resistant is not so break resistant. It started to crack within a few months and by 5 months had fully broken up and I was left with sharp dangerous shards. I contacted floor Mats uk and sent photos and was advised - " Unfortunately our return period for this particular item is 30 days. As your order has surpassed the return period time frame, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a return on this occasion" . It is not fit for purpose and a 30 day warranty is against the UK law. I did try and call them but the person who answered the phone did not speak English?? Strange name UK Floor mats??
They have not responded to further emails luckily I paid on credit card so will be claiming the money back that way.
DO NOT USE - I wish I had read their reviews first, the mats are a complete waste of money and are not fit for purpose. The company doesn't feel it needs to abide by any consumer rights and should not be trading.

I tried to leave a review on their website, surprise surprise - it's not been published.
Mat did arrive, however the quality is very poor and is definitely not as described - it does NOT trap dirt. It's thin and cheap looking. Mat has been tried and tested - epic fail. Do not waste your time or money with this product unless you have an abundance of patience and enjoy being disappointed.
