Don't ... just don't! I too wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. They sent the wrong colour mat and when I contacted via email 'Kutsy' in customer services kept telling me the beige mat that had been delivered was in fact the dark grey mat I'd ordered. This went on for ages, and I mean ages. Loads of emails and weeks later she agrees I can send it back to Germany, at my cost and I must send it first class tracked!!! Honestly you couldn't make it up. They refunded my money eventually and I never sent the mat back but a beige mat on a grey floor looks crap. Do yourself a favour and order from another company ~ these suck.

"Think twice before ordering"
This “ Company” appears to be a one man band acting as agent for a German company ,who themselves order in from another company. No point phoning ,it,s prerecorded advising you to email. Duff info on emails all along ,but as I registered a complaint with PayPal I at least got my goods ( 10 days late).To be fair the mat is excellent .Pity the chap in the bed sit taking the order
and doing the emails hasn’t heard that “Honesty is the best policy”

"Beyond useless"
Beyond useless. Absolutely no concept of customer service and blatant liars. Avoid like the plague.
Update : ebay upheld my complaint and I had my money refunded. Hopefully this useless company will have to pay the postage to have the items returned to them :-D

Customer service was annoyingly vague and didn't answer all questions in one go, so had to email 4 times during the week in drips and drabs. Wast of my time and there's.
Wasn't able to give me advice on what product I was wanting to order in the first place. The initial error I think was on my part when ordering although the site was not self-explanatory on what mats were flexible or rigid. The flexible mats for hard floors are a waste of time in my experience, the office chairs just sink into them.

"Rubbish"
I should have read the reviews, but I didn't . My experience was like the rest, Ordered 12 June no tracking number sent, They don't answer the phones 4 times I rang on the 14th . sent an email same day via there web site (no confirmation of email is sent to you) no reply . Sent email via PayPal on the 17th and then got a reply on the 18th saying it had been despatched.
I ask them (through PayPal) to send a tracking number on the 19th which they did. By the 21st it still didn't show on Parcelforce. So I escalated the claim on the 21st.
I received an email from floor mats uk saying that my order had been despatched , now the tracking order told me that it had left Germany and was at the hub! I received it this morning after nine working days (excluding Saturdays)
The mat was delivered as advertised and looks to be of good quality,
If they didn't give false claims regarding customer help and communication I would have given the mat more stars.

I wish I'd read the recent reviews before using them. Terrible customer service, their phone line just gives you a message and cuts you off, after telling you how important your call is! I'm still waiting for delivery weeks later and about to pursue a refund.

"Avoid at all costs"
I ordered a chair mat on 16th May 2019, paying by Paypal. Without any tracking information provided by them, it eventually arrived out of the blue exactly a week later on 23rd May 2019 - luckily I was at home anyway that day. On opening the package, however, it was immediately obvious it was the wrong item - it was a different size than I ordered. I emailed them straight away to point out the problem, but they proved INCREDIBLY slow at responding to emails - at least 24 hours between replies.
I pointed out the wrong item was sent and that I needed it picked up and the new one delivered at the same time as I'd already waited a week for the wrong item to arrive. First, they didn't believe me so insisted I sent them photographs of the item, which I did. Once convinced it was the wrong item, they then tried to barter a discount for it - it was the wrong size though, I wasn't looking for a discount, I wanted the item I ordered.
By now several days had passed and it was becoming clear that if I insisted it be collected by them, they'd do it their way, which was they'd have it collected and once they got it back they'd inspect it and if/when they saw fit, they'd then dispatch the correct item to me... all of which, given their speed so far, would easily add a couple of weeks to the delay (two weeks have already passed since I placed the order, so I'd be lucky to get the item I actually ordered within a month of ordering it!). At this point I just asked them to collect the wrong item and refund me and I'd order from elsewhere as I can no longer afford to wait any longer.
Reluctantly, they agreed to pick up the item and today was the day they agreed to collect it, so I've taken a day off work to await the courier. Now, at 1pm, they email me to say the courier won't be arriving until tomorrow. Are these people for real? They've just cost me a wasted day off work for nothing. And the icing on the cake was a comment casually dropped into their most recent email that they'll refund me once they get it back and inspect it, MINUS a "collection fee"?
They send me a different item than I ordered, try their best to try not to take it back and, once they reluctantly agree, it's ME who has to pay a collection fee for it to be sent back to them?! I predict a formal complaint to Paypal is the only way this is going to get resolved now.
They're a total joke of a company... deal with them at your peril!

Same experience as others. Can’t get through on phone but contact form did prompt various replies. After order went missing I did get my money back but the very next day the runner arrived - a week late. Poor quality but after all the hassle I have decided it will do and have contacted them to pay again.

So i placed my order a week and a half ago and on the website it said order complete, no tracking number no estimated delivery date. I filled in the online contact form only to receive a copied and pasted response saying that they have not heard of any problems with the courier,i also called the phone number and had the same experience as everyone else, there's no one there and you are left on the phone for 7 minutes only for the phone to cut off and say the office is closed. I eventually got in touch with PayPal and after a day or two i finally received a tracking number, my order arrived the next day. The runner that i ordered had a few straggly bits that i had to cut off but all in all I'm just happy that I received my order as it looks like so many people havent. I would never place another order with this company though, there's no communication with them.

I wish i had read the reviews ,, I ordered a sail shade over a week ago and still not had a delivery ( they are supposed to deliver within 5 days) tried all day to speak on the phone but no reply .Have emailed them twice,,they say they will respond within 4 hours but its all a con. They have just taken my money and run . I will be reporting them to trading standards .
Trustpilot should put a warning on this very dodgy company .
