I had bought my couch at Chesterfield Co. 13 years ago and decided it was time to replace. i was so impressed with the quality and longevity of their products i recently returned. I highly recommend working with Vanessa a Sales Associate in the Toronto area. she truly goes above and beyond without the traditional sales pressure of purchasing. she showed me options and made herself very available for any additional questions. Highly recommend

I received my Chesterfield Sofa just before Christmas as promised to which I am extremely pleased with. I ordered a chair over 4 years ago and just can not believe that they look like a matching pair. After using the chair every day, this too me is outstanding Quality and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Very pleased with our new sofa - looks well made and delivery service was good. We had received an update once the sofa had gone in production, but did not hear again until they had scheduled the delivery two months later. It wasn't really a problem but given delays due Covid, it would have been reassuring to receive another update in the meantime.

"Zero communication."

Customer service and delivery arrangements are so stressful with this company.
I ordered a 5 seater @ £1850 advertised as delivery between 8 and 12 weeks. We are now on week 14 with no delivery instructions. They close on Dec 23rd for Xmas, so looks like we won’t be receiving delivery before then.
You will receive no delay updates or contact from staff advising of delays or shipping arrangements .
The details given are simply the delivery company “will call you to arrange delivery” After incessantly calling all week with no response , I was finally told my sofa was picked up on Monday, I still haven’t heard anything from a delivery company, or received any tracking e mails (Thursday).
Regardless of the product when/ if it finally arrives, purchasing blind and dealing with completely disinterested customer service makes this all way to stressful especially now , so close to Xmas as we have our current furniture to dispose of before accepting delivery of the new one.

"delais de livraison passé de 6 à 16 semaines et pas moyen de se faire rembourser l’acompte"

J’ai commandé début juin un canapé qui devait être livré mi juillet pour l’ouverture de mon cabinet médical. Mi juillet, on me prévient que le délai sera rallongé de 10 semaines !!! J’appelle leur service pour dire que ce n’est pas possible, qu’il faut annuler ma commande pour non-respect des délais et me rembourser mon acompte de 303€. La personne au téléphone me dit que c’est possible et qu’elle voit avec son chef. J’ai rappelé à plusieurs reprises. C’est toujours en cours depuis plusieurs mois. Je suppose qu’ils attendent que je me lasse....!!

The chesterfield shop is a great place to shop Friendly customer service and very knowledgeable about all Their products. Our wonderful experience with Victor Veinotte was refreshing and great that he took the time to answer all our question. When our sofas did arrive the delivery men were also very professional and friendly. We love our new sofas for many reason and most of all because their made in Canada!! Would highly recommend going to the chesterfield shop in Newmarket and speaking to Victor! Thanks again Victor for everything . Five Stars!
