They don’t accept any legal refugee documents issued by the UK, insist on using the documents from the country the UK protects me from, use the name from those documents and switch to the language of that country. It’s retraumatising and exclusive. I had much better experience with Wise and became their customer.

I can't even use the service as my account has been in verification status for 2 weeks. What is the issue?? Customer service with this company is non-existent. So disappointing.
Verification process makes sense except for all of the rejections, and constantly having to resubmit. But again - lack of customer service is shocking.
