It everyone have exactly the same document with address and name on one document .I’ve try hundred times but everything was not enough for.very disappointed

Absolutely ridiculous customer service they don't actually give you any information and just copy paste responses to you. They don't even treat you like you're a customer. If it was possible for me to give zero stars then I would have.
