It is very difficult to get the account working, for some people, Paxum doesn’t recognise the address no matter what document will you upload. I believe they make everything more difficult for the people who are not living in the US.

"not a good veriifcation process"
I usually have a good experience with Paxum and their support is quick to answer and clear in their replies but the verification process should be more efficient and personal.
As it is a very thourough and detailed process should exist the possibility of a direct call to clarify all the doubts the process arises.
