We recently had an amazing holiday for 31 days organised by Shae at Eclipse Travel. It was so well organised, everything went according to the plan. Service we received throughout was excellent. We certainly will recommend Eclipse Travel to anyone.

Eclipse and its associated travel companies in Chile, Argentina & Peru made our holiday a breeze through Patagonia and the Andes. This was our first time using a travel company to assist us in planning & completing a holiday & we were very happy with our experience. Luke from Eclipse helped us plan our adventure in Sth America and the drivers & guides in Sth America were especially helpful and respectful. The hotels selected for the itinerary were really good - great locations and good standard for what we wanted from this holiday.
Well done to the Eclipse team for helping us make a journey of a lifetime.

The tour as arranged by Eclipse Travel was just 100% spot on! All the various contractors they used to supply guides in each different country were fabulous. They all knew their stuff and were lovely people. We did not have one hiccup the entire was through our 3.5 week South American trip. The hotels were great too.

My mother and I travelled to South America and couldn't be happier with the service from Eclipse Travel. This was our first time using Eclipse Travel and were apprehesive travelling to South America but they took care of everything for us including, all transfers to and from airports with english speaking guides and transfers.

When organising our trip, we were able to alter the base itinarary by adding a day tour and added days in different areas with nothing more than an email. They were friendly, quick to reply to emails, and helpful with no hidden surprises at any point.

During the trip, the majority of our tours were private so we could deviate slightly from the original itinerary as we wanted. During our day tours, we spent longer in areas we wanted to see more in depth and finished the tours at a restaurant or attraction instead of being taken back to our hotel which we wouldn't have been able to do on a shared, group tour.

We had a flight cancelled due to maintainance but Eclipse Travel sorted out our accommodation and transfers and changed our morning tour in Beunos Aires to an afternoon tour so we didnt miss out. These changes were made prior to us even informing Eclipse Travel there was a cancellation. When i asked, i found out there were additional costs involved for these last minute changes but Eclipse Travel absorbed them all.

They also checked on us during our holiday to ensure everything was going to plan and if there was anything they could do make our trip more enjoyable. I found it very reassuring Eclipse Travel continued to check on us ensuring we were getting the most from our trip. I would feel very comfortable travelling with them again and I am confident in the way they handled an unexpected problem during our trip which I honestly wouldn't have expected.

We thought Eclipse Travel did an excellent job with arranging our holiday in South America. The transfer drivers were always there to meet us and some had long waits because of plane delays and airport customs.
The hotels were conveniently located and showed variety according to our location. Some were quite swanky.
Probably the highlights were Napo Wildlife Centre and The Galapagos. Both locations were so good.

Everything was perfect once we agreed on dates of travel. Eclipse gave me a free nights accomodation and a tour to compensate for the confusion over dates.
