Lenka from Eclipse was wonderful to deal with. We had to do so by phone or email as we were in different cities. She was prompt when answering our many queries. We would often make changes to our itinerary - and Lenka was always helpful and accommodating. I am glad we went through an agent that specialises in Africa as we wonder if our trip would have went as smoothly if we hadn't. Lenka also done a great job with our flights, ensuring we had the best connections.

Very good experience with Eclipse. Anton was extremely helpful and provided me with all the information I required for my trip. Whilst there were several hiccups along the way these were more to do with On the Go then Eclipse Travel.

I had a great time and would highly recommend a trip to Iceland and Lapland if you like outdoor activities.

Wonderfully organised trip to South America - it was possibly one of the best trips I've ever had. Everything was smooth and well organised. We had Lara as our contact person at Eclipse and she has been very professional, prompt email replies with quick and great communication (esp with regards the flight changes and the cancelled tour).

Very happy with Eclipse travel for a South America trip, we were able to get it customised to our needs, which ended up very cost effective. Everything went like clockwork when we were there. And when we were caught short by floods, Blake was on the job immediately changing flights so we weren’t impacted as much as we could have been. Plus his suggestion and the letter he sent got us a good travel insurance payout for costs we incurred.

Land guides and tours were highly organised, pick ups were on time even when flights were delayed. Highly recommend.

The Expedition was hard to fault in any dimension. The ship Crew, the Hotel Staff and particularly the Expedition team were all exemplary. Even the weather was mostly kind with a good voyage south and a somewhat rougher one north. Accommodation was good with plenty of storage. A trip to remember.
