1 - Stopped selling swede and Parsnips and the vegetable selection is awful.

2 - Shop scruffy and a mess

3 - Staff to lasy to stock self service tills with bags.

"Why have a post office when you can't…"

Why have a post office when you can't deposit money because they are full up and can't take any more money how ridiculous is that, was told to come back the next day this isn't the first time they have refused to take money at the post office because of reasons which don't make sense

"AWFUL SHOP !"

I think the customer service in this store is horrendous. I passed a bag to Kevin so he could just put my few items in it for me, they have an assistant, Justin he'll always do this for me and I told Kevin this, but kevin reached around my bag to pass me the items, he wouldn't even drop my receipt in there. They have Nicky and Emma who are nice, but the rest are lazy,slow, talk too much and really unhelpful. The shop is really messy too. Do they even have a Manager there. I hate going there. Bidford shop is much nicer, I recommend you go there.

"Potentially dangerous and poor customer service"

I bought a sandwich and discovered ingredients which were NOT made clear on the main front facing labelling. Not only did I not like the sandwich this could have been dangerous. When I complained via the website and pointed this out I received a very brief no reply response which did not deal with the complaint or show any concern that this was an issue. Also it took them 2 weeks to respond. Very poor. Won’t be rushing back there any time soon.

Their nuts are tasteless.
I rarely go into the Co-op unless I absolutely need to, their normal day to day prices are extortionate, I purchased their own brand cashew and pistachios, completely tasteless, Tesco and Asda bargain packs are a third of the price and have a lot more flavour.

"Steak pie"

I had the steak pie from the co-op and I noticed that I wasn't eating any steak. I got to the end if my meal and found one tiny piece of steak that could just fit on the end of my fork. The rest was gravy and mush. Terrible and horrific experience. Will not be shopping here again. As you can tell I live for steak pies, but this was not one of them. Do better.

"Theft without consequence…"

The co-op does nothing to prosecute thieves and is teaching a generation of school children that there are no consequences for wrongful behaviour.
Our local co-op in Hamworthy, Poole is often victim to shop lifting. The culprits are both adults and children. There have been many times that I have witnessed thieves stealing and I have raised the alarm to the staff who do nothing about it.
That is my complaint. There must be consequences in society or everything breaks down. If children decide it is ok to steal every day after school then there should be a store detective there to apprehend them and hand them to the police. The same with adults or any theif.
The theft is so endemic in the store that co-op should do something about it. Co-op has a societal responsibility to protect it’s property and to prosecute on a regular basis.
It is not ok for the brand to turn a blind eye, condoning theft, teaching a generation that it’s ok as everyone else does it and increasing prices for honest shoppers due to the losses incurred.
I hate to see what is happening to our world and your brand should not be encouraging it.

Their 'shop' website seems to think I am not in the uk !!!!!
I DONT use a VPN, have been with PLUSNET for 15 years and they INSIST I am not a uk customer. ACCESS DENIED
Several diffrent IP addresses and computers STILL the same.
Obviously dont want Plusnet customers to shop at the Coop !!!!!

Applied for club card 3 times, never recieved so consequently I pay more than other shoppers who have a card...

Bought a meal deal today from my local coop, thought I'd treat myself, I usually take my own homemade lunch to work. Wish I hadn't bothered, very disappointed for the money, a tasteless limp BLT sandwich and the fruit pot was discusting!! Strawberries we're so pale and sour I spat them out and only a few of the grapes were worth eating, ohh well you live and learn I'll not be doing that again from The Coop!!
