I booked a flight to Botswana with Flight Trotters. it was the cheapest on a comparison site. i paid in full as is always required. after booking the flight i had an email to say they were waiting for conformation from the airline to confirm the flights. a few hours later flight trotters phoned me to say did i realize that there was no baggage allowance included and would i like to purchase some. the flight now turned out to be not very competitive so i asked to cancel the booking, no problem except that there was a £75 cancellation fee. In Response to Flight Trotters reply.. so Ava Smith didn't email and phone me and you didn't take £75 for a canceled booking. Have a chat with Ava. if you send me your email address i will send you the correspondence.

Escroquerie!!!! J’aurais dû lire les avis avant!! J’ai payé un billet mais comme d’autres, on m appelle pour me dire que c était juste l’allée et que si je ne prend pas le retour, j aurais juste l’allée et si j’annule ce n’est pas remboursé…resultat…ca m’a couté le double!!!

Went on website to book flight tickets the night before. Got booking request acknowledgment, stated price include baggage. Next morning, an agent called to say booking not included baggage. That is scam. I have to pay cancellation fee.
