Hello, i opened an account i think on 29.01.2021, i upload my documents, i already sent to the e mail adress my documents, and after that i started betting with a deposit of 1000 pounds , in first day i won 66 pounds , i made a withdrawal for that money , and i waited till today , and in this time my balance is around 1377 pounds, and today i tried to get in touch with one of your operator via live chat , i tell him my problem , why money doesn't come to my paypal account , he saw the mesage , but didn't respone and this is not all , after that they blocked my account and i still have my balance 1377 pounds in my account , can you help me , please ! I need just my money what i deposited, i need my 1000 pounds , i don t care about winning , but i need my money, please ! My username is : florininho97

Worst experience ever!!! I joined the site, I have deposited 10 GBP and won around 40GBP and they restricted my account. I have sent more than 15 e-mail. They sent me an e-mail 20 day ago and told me that my account has been closed due to a failed security check. I have asked several times to send me more details, but nobody gave me additional information till now. We are speaking for 20 days period.....
Highly recommend anyone not to waste their time registering with this website! Let's see how long it takes to refund my deposit..... Guess never....

THE worst experience ever had with any bookmaker - and I am registered with MANY others.
This company uses terribly underhand tactics to hold on to your money for as long as possible, if not indefinitely.
I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for a simple withdrawal, every possible obstacle has been thrown in my way to render my account inactive. Despite jumping through every hoop presented, I am still waiting.. amidst website, technical difficulties, and terrible customer service.
Spend your money elsewhere, any sign up offer they attempt to draw you in with, I can assure you, is not worth it.
