For some reason couldn't get into my account and before even getting the chance to log in they have already closed my account, no reason, no excuse just an email saying you're out. Poor from and poor customer service. Took me 3 days to receive an email about being locked out. Avoid at all costs, so many better bookies out there.

Like the previous gentleman I have had massive problems trying to get paid out (£150 so hardly a huge sum) The live chat is a disgrace there is no one willing to help and it keeps logging you out the whole website is a shambles. 4 days and my withdrawal still pending. I have already bet and withdrew money in the past I’m not a new customer yet I’m having to send in driving license and passports etc now to get paid. They are utter crooks and I would not go near this company with a barge pole. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve never known a company make it so difficult to withdraw funds. It’s only £50 however I’ve only been told today, after I contacted them I need to submit documents to withdraw. Why wasn’t I contact by someone when i requested the withdrawal 5 days ago? Suppose it’s in your company’s nature to hope I’d have just forgot about the withdrawal and funds.

They don’t want documents to take your money and bets, yet the moment you take something back they make you Jump through every hole going, they’re trying to do more checks than an airport and the live chat service is poor to say the very best. Awful company and once I get the funds I’ll be moving on.

Don’t let the comment below fool you. I’ve been in contact with them for 11 days now and received nothing but marketing emails about cheltenham and automated emails telling me they aim to reply within a day 🙄🤥🤥🤥🤥🤥

This is the worse company I have ever gambled with and worst customer service I have experienced.
I place a €500 win bet in mahoning valley on a horse at 4/1. The bet was accepted and paid out 5 minutes after the result. Then 30 minutes after the that the money was taken from my account and the bet was cancelled. I was in contact with two people Dan and Cyril who were no help. I was told that the race had gone off even though it accepted and I was watching the race on sky sports racing. I was told it was only noticed when the bet was settled but that’s a lie it was settled 5 minutes after the race. I was told that Mansion can’t be held responsible any errors or omissions. Which I think is absolutely ridiculous it is not my fault they employ incompetent staff. May I add they said it wasn’t there fault but I was offered a €100 free bet. Do not open an account with this company because the will just rob you as they did to me. They have left me €2000 short shameful company.

I created an account and from the second I clicked 'join' after entering all my details my account was blocked/access denied and I was asked to contact customer services, LOL. Best part is that you cant use live chat unless you are logged into an account, and theres no way I'm wasting time out of my day to call them when there are a million other sites out there. There is absolutely nothing about my details to indicate that theres something wrong with me, by the way, I'm squeaky clean. You have to laugh at the absurdity really.
