When you're on the site the selections aren't too bad..the problem is actually getting on the site, it constantly crashes which is a complete pain when you're trying to get an accumulator together. Customer services is pretty much non existent. They do not reply to emails and live chat is a joke.as I was on it for 3 hours with no response. Plenty of other sites to use.

So I sent an email three days ago and have still had no reply. So I went into live chat two days ago about a £20 deposit that didn’t credit my account. Apparently there was a bet reversal that I didn’t get notified about that put my balance on -£40. Even though my account was showing as £0. I have been told that my account is now on -£20 and all the free bets I have accumulated is on hold. As I see that, you have basically just stolen my money off me. You didn’t even give me a heads up what was going on. So anyway, your team on live chat (after waiting for 20 minutes) told me they would have to forward the query to the security team and to come back on live chat today. So I come back on today to be told by the man I was talking to (Adam), that they had a reply and he would just have to talk to his manager first. 40 minutes later (with the odd “I will have an answer shortly, please be patient” message, the chat just ends. An email, one hour on live chat, £20 stolen from me, my free bets frozen, and my account in arrears later and I still have no answer. I use you all the time. Until this is sorted and some sort of compensation given, i won’t be using you again. This message will also be copied onto trust pilot too if not sorted tonight. Username is efcuk1878.

EDIT: so they have replied below saying all is sorted. No it’s not. Still no reply from complaints department after nearly 2 weeks and 2 emails. Also, they kept the £20 they stole off me. The “closure” they are talking about is the fact they took my account off hold and let me use my free bets!!! Obviously they wanted to try and get me depositing again. Also, they didn’t contact me. I was on live chat trying to contact them for literally hours!! Shame I can’t reply to their response on here!

Signed up as they sent me a bonus offer, accepted the bonus and then they sent me an email that I was no longer eligible for bonus offers as I used the bonus offer??? A lot better bookmakers out there

I asked them about an offer in a chat conversation and instead of replying they banned me from any offers in an email!!!!!

Dreadful company. Don’t honour offers properly. Don’t reply to messages. Why are these people still in business?

Stole my winnings and banned me within 24 hours just because I dared to win with my free bet, no way to contact them and no replies, their odds are laughable too, avoid.

I have had no problem with mansion bet I opened account yesterday for Cheltenham had a couple of winners including my free bets was paid out within hours. Excellent experience in my opinion 👍. The desktop site need improving with some speed but that is it great place form me to bet from now on

Limited me to £20 max winnings after winning £28 on my first bet £10 bet. Banned me from promotions as I backed 2 horses in the same race with free bets, during Cheltenham, in a big field. Pathetic. Never had any issues trying new bookies out elsewhere
