Lot of bad reviews but they have absolutely fine. I had to chase one withdrawal but have since had it paid same day. No problems for me.

He confirmed all the verification checks were complete with that team and now my withdrawals will be processed on Monday as the payments team only work weekdays.

I look forward to confirming this has happened tomorrow but they have been more than helpful.

Terrible customer service cut me off eight times I’ve now been waiting 4 Days for a withdrawal to PayPal keep telling me what I want to hear and doing nothing to sort my withdrawal

I joined Mansion without fully reading the T+C. If you deposit using PayPal, then you don't get the free bets advertised. I didn't realise this and spent a while trying to get involved in a live chat. When Aaron finally answered he was kinda blunt with his reply. Probably bored of the same complaint. Steer clear and use one of the bigger names.

I have had no problems at all with them. Opened the account for Cheltenham for the free bet offers and have had my winnings paid out within 2 days. Really impressed so far.

Awful company, signed up and done the promo offer, received an email a week or so later saying they were revoking my right to promotions and free bets. Great way to lose a customer, well done.

Wish I had looked at reviews before. Have 9 other accounts and never had any issues. Deposited £20 documents should been verified 3 days ago, can’t get money out. Live chat does not work, phone call listen to music for 4 mins then get cut off, sent 4 emails without any reply apart from auto reply to say it was there, now can’t even log 9nto account says contact customer service and yesterday about 1/2 hour from first race had a percentage book of over 200%, no wonder they could offer you winnings if horse finished second, prices were bigger without the favourite
