"Ridiculous account restriction…"

I was only a member less than a month and did less than 20 bets but they restricted my account to maximum stake 2p and didn't even offer an explanation. Stupid site.

It is important that everybody is aware of the scams being done by these offshore companies

this company has a uk telephone number but is clearly based abroad.

I will give you an example of the last 4 days of attempting to withdraw my own money.

day 1 - we are doing checks on your ID your drivers license is confirmed but we need to check your address proof. It will be done by the morning the latest, there is nothing wrong with your account. The " relevant team" (VERY IMPORTANT PHRASE) are checking. They will not identify what relevant team this is or what it means

Day 2

Your ID has been accepted but you have a duplicate account. The "relevant team" are doing security checks on your account. We cannot disclose the team, or the checks. ***But you just told me my ID is fine and all is verified***????

Now your making a new reason???

Day 3 advisor Lance personally guarantees me at the end of the 48 hr period the money will be sent back to my account as I want nothing to do with these people anymore but they are still doing checks with the "relevant team".

**still no idea who or what they are talking about as I have already been verified, still will not tell me what the phrase relevant team means**

4th call

48hrs has now passed.

Ben now comes with a new delay excuse movement.

The relevant team need a couple more days before we can send your money back. your account is fine but there is a duplicate.

Just want everyone to see the delay tactics, lies and deception. There are no checks being done and the account is fine. They are illegally withholding my money.


- The practices and conduct are not acceptable as to what that are doing with peoples money and its very important that people shut this down as a matter of urgency.

They are using there own people and bots to create positive feedback which is nonsense and you are able to see right through this if you read how the feedback is written.

They are dangerous.. They will take your deposits gladly then find all types of folly to not pay you back making scanalous excuses and using unbelievable delay tactics.

Bots are being used to create positive feedback and unfortunately these offshore companies are taking advantage of the lax UK rules.

Take heed and real the read peoples true feedback and avoid at all cost.

£800 of my hard earned cash is being witheld and I do not know where to turn to get his money back.

I Have deposited and withdrawn a few times. Usual withdrawal time was around 4-8 hours But on this one occasion it was over 24 hours. They then phoned me and explained the hold up was because they needed to do some checks. Lance who was the advisor was very helpful and after 3 or 4 mins on the phone he had all he needed from me and issued the payment which was received within 10 mins. One of the better customer services i have dealed with.

Opened an account yesterday and I was allowed to deposit straight away. Have tried to withdraw a small amount and woke up to an email saying I needed to send a picture in with me holding ID. Never had this before and can't even deposit now. Spoke to Elon on live chat but am patiently waiting now. Will update review once resolved as website is ok and easy to use. Hoping it's legitimate as they advertise with my football team.

Another update....won a whole £80 and received the following..

What a pathetic embarrassing company. Do not open. Live chat was horrendous....agent basically confirmed they restrict accounts when someone wins a few quid. £80 quid....and they restrict accounts. Even if you do withdraw they want selfies and take days. Please stick with credible accounts like skybet and Paddy.

I only used them once. I signed up a couple of weeks ago as they were promoting a £10 free bet if I signed up and made a bet of £10. So I did that, and then was promptly informed that they were revoking my eligibility to participate in further promotions/bonuses/free bets with no explanation as to why. Wont use them again!

I seen the 100% welcome bonus. It said "Wager 40x before withdrawing" which I thought was good. Little did I know it meant wager 40x YOUR BONUS!!!! I spent £30 for a £30 bonus but to withdraw, I have to wager 40 x £30 which is £1200!!! This is insane! The wager 40x is misleading as it doesn't even state 40x promotion bonus. I won a fair bit but I had no choice but to keep gambling as I couldn't withdraw. You can win 500, lose 500 and still not be able to withdraw! Such sneaky tactics, do not trust. Only generic "check our terms" responses. No actual help. Even so misleading even in their T&C.

Update: as shown by their response below, they mention T&C which I've already stated IS MISLEADING as I'd already explained how and why. This is how little they care about actually fixing the issue.
