"Do not join, they keep your deposits"
On advice of friends, opened account, added £350. Placed bet on a game as advised. Not accepted, will only accept £40.
Bet 40 and request to withdraw the rest.
Sent copy of passport, still getting emails to verify, asked was my id not acceptable and kept re eiving ridiculous robotic answers, decided this is not a legit site to have such poor representatives, cancelled bet & requested to withdraw. Cancel my account.
Weeks later no money returned, now they want all forms of details, photos, proof of address, well I have no address so they won't return my money or close my account, just left my balance at zero and keeping my money. I'm furious, I don't think they're legitimate and why didn't they ask for these things when I signed up? I'd have not joined. All I want is to cancel my account, put the money back where it came from, I've provided my passport and this already concerns me, I'm not providing anything else. Also they're saying I deposited much less than I did but fortunately I kept proof

"I have put the cart before the horse &…"
I have put the cart before the horse & I had a gut feeling - & still do as I now feel even more uncomfortable after reading these reviews after sending my verification docs via email to the site (if it is the genuine site !) email address as I did not see the red ? mark as Gmail could not verify if Mansion bet actually sent the email & now its in the ether somewhere - DocsMansion (I had to delete the actual email address as to post this review)
& for what its worth I dont even want to participate any more...So two things I hope its gone to the correct site & if its not then I feel "Danger Hazard" a head but if it is genuine it appears I still do not want to participate & have fun else where because trying to set up an account I would also advise people to try else where & thats me not taking my own advice but would have passed it on gladly to not feel this uncomfotable. My ID & my consent for some fun is on the cart & not with the horse (so I would have lost that bet! ) I now have 48hrs to wait, I cannot undo whats is done, nothing ventured nothing gained & I am gaining a valuable lesson, read Trustpilot before attempting to hand over my/our very very valuable ID & consent after we have all moved on they still have access too it. I wonder what will come first, a reply to this review or my account being verified (I know who I am & they do me & I did not research them cause thats not fun or easy but worth the time & trouble instead of doing this review) " Gamblebeware" if I only put the same amount of time in searching "them") or that "Danger Hazard approaching" ! A standard reply possibly but I want to call a truce lets just call it a day, a bad day at the office, I keep my side of the road clean & like ships passing in the night I some how envisage "Hardships" ahead & I dont do disappointment or a blame game but give credit when due & mind the rocks as a lighthouse warns ships especially hardships do ! Lets see what the storm brings & thanks for reading & letting me read your reviews, I wish I could say its been fun & its not even begun but it has because this is my experience. I will return regardless of the outcome & I would like nothing more than to increase the star rating & share my experience because its the learning from the pain dont waste it. However its to late for the other peoples reviews I have read but lets me see whats what & the best is I hope its been lost in translation & if its not the genuine site they now know that it is being duplicated at worst...So thats a win win in my book but its not my book now is it.
Enjoy your day & thanks for reading : )

"Frustrating after genuine mistake"
I never leave reviews usually but Im so frustrated with the company. I placed a bet and received 2 free bets which all went smoothly. When placing the 2 free bets I found a team I fancied to win and as it was a good price I put both free bets on this team, which won. I was contacted a short time later saying that I had breached the terms and conditions by placing both bets on the same result. As this was against terms and conditions the bet and winnings were voided, which is understandable but was a totally honest mistake.
I contacted the company to explain and accepted that as I breached the terms and conditions then the bet should be voided. As this was a genuine mistake however I asked if the free bets could be reinstated but they informed me this would not be done and am now banned from receiving any further bonuses or promotions. As I said previously this really was a genuine mistake and if I had bet on 2 opposite outcomes so that one of the bets would win then I would understand being banned from receiving further bonuses.
As much as this is frustrating for me I suppose I am also writing the review so that people are aware and take note of the terms and conditions within these bonuses.
Just to update this review that mansionbet have replied to my original review.
As I stated previously I totally accept that I breached the terms and conditions of the free bet as I did not read in full the terms and conditions but this was a genuine mistake and I hold my hands up.
It is however the company's decision to not allow me to have those free bets recredited to my account as it was a genuine mistake or receive any further promotions or bonuses.

"They ban winners"
After winning a few hundred pounds over the space of a few months, I suddenly found I could no longer place bets other than for a few pence. When I asked, I was told that restrictions had been placed on my account, but wasn't given a reason. I guess MansionBet only want losers to bet with them.

"Awful"
For some reason my account has been restricted and all offers withdrawn. I did qualify for a free bet with the bet club of £10 before being restricted but when I try and use it I get a message saying max win £1 making the £10 free bet worthless.
Absolutely shocking and disgraceful would never recommend mansion bet to any one.

"Interesting company"
Interesting company, give good loyalty and free bets, with innotive offers, and some copies of others.
Settlements are quick, and withdrawal very quick.
Only downside is the pricing being very much led by Betfair prices, only events covered by them are priced up, and the inevitable severe reduction in stakes allowed.

"Well my dad attempted suicide after…"
Well my dad attempted suicide after losing alot of money not just on mansion or other online betting sites I introduced him to it during lockdown when the bookies were closed. I feel guilty :( I must say the person I have dealt with at MansionBet was very helpful but my dad has told me they owe him some withdrawals and since iev tried to receive that money for him to help him pay his debts that he owes through gambling they have gone very quiet :( it's a very difficult time for me but my dad is OK I just think my dad should be entitled to money he's owed :( if anyone from MansionBet sees this my dad's account is Dfb1960

"Mickey Mouse Mansion Liars"
I recently started betting with this company, was invited into their £10 free bet loyalty club but after a few weeks they have, after a phone call from me,been told I no longer qualify because there is very similar account details with them. This is not true, I did have a couple of decent bets on the nfl but they have restricted me so I’m guessing it’s to do with this. What annoys me is why accept a bet and then restrict ? What’s the point of accepting a stake then sending to trader and bet getting accepted and then restricting you ? Avoid this lot is my shout.Mickey Mouse Mansionbet.

"Verification Nonsense"
Beware when frying to withdraw any amount over a couple of hundred pounds. They'll start messing you about ,asking for ridiculous amounts of I.D, citing all sorts of rules and regulations. I think this is done to keep the money in their accounts for as long as possible, earning interest. As well as it being incredibly frustrating and unnecessary , it gives the impression that they might go bust at any minute.
