Probably the worst online casino to register and play with. It takes multiple attempts to submit verification documents that meet their requirements - these are not all explained up-front. They take far too long to process withdrawals. The live chat is responsive, but forget about getting any response or acknowledgement to emails. They'll deny you sent them.

I am verified at over 10 mainstream casinos and bookmakers. Mansion bet is quite simply the worst time I've ever had verifying an account. As of now I am still.unverified, I have sent utility bill after utility bill, followed by a drivers licence, and then another utility bill.... they are beyond a joke. First because my address changed they rejected my utility bill from the same week and said we need an explanation of why the address is different. So I then sent them an email explaining it and further supplied my drivers licence. Low and behold they don't accept drivers licences for proof of address 🧐😳😅 they responded and I re sent them my utility bill. Still not verified. If by some miracle mansionbet is some crazy good betting site I kight update this to a 3 stars but at this point I'm losing hope of being verified 🤣🤣🤣
I rang up for an update and very nonchalantly was told all your documents are accepted you just need to wait for an email... you guys are just painfully slow. Avoid at all costs

17 days since I sent the last documents for proof of funds. It’s been almost 3 months all together but they keep asking for more documents. They say they’re on top of it but nothing changes. Customer service is close to none, and you’re very lucky if they reply to you within 5 days by email

"Shocking service"
A shambolic app to try and navigate and a really poor service received.
I actually won a free bet competition on Twitter from this company but I still find myself dissatisfied with the process and service received. After winning the competition and messaging them my details, I didn’t receive a response for 3 days despite chasing them and the free bet wasn’t actually credited until 6 days after. When attempting to use the £50 free bet error messages occurred which I did not understand. I then attempted to use £10 worth of the free bet and this time the bet was placed, however when going back into my account the £50 free bet had disappeared despite only using £10 of it. After numerous conversations on twitter and live chat they finally agreed to give me the remaining £40. I then went to place this on an accumulator that day, but once again received all sorts of error messages trying to place a bet. (This would have resulted in a large win). When speaking to customer service they said you cannot place any bets before providing two types of identification, even though I’d already placed bets that day. Shortly after I attempted to bet again and it took, resulting in a loss this time of course.
A free bet competition which should’ve been a joyous moment instead made more hassle than it’s worth having to spend several hours on messaging service trying to resolve the numerous account issues. Missing out on hundreds due to an apparent ‘legal requirement’, as I’m sure they really need this months bank statement as they requested from me. And finally when expressing my concerns via Twitter DM they rudely ‘liked’ my message and that was that, no explanations or feedback.
A painful app to use and a painful customer experience.

"Account closed after being verified and encourage to deposit"
I decided to open a mansion bet account and was immediately advised my account had been verified, the message encouraged a deposit as a result, I decided to deposited £400, I played for a bit and managed to win over £100 and placed my bets for the following days football and left it.
I attempted to log in the next day and received a message advising my account had been closed and to contact customer support, it was suggesting a live chat however you need to be logged in to do this so I’ve had to email them.
I hadn’t received any explanation as to why my account was closed, however I sent in an email explaining what had happened and was responded with an email saying they would reply within 24 hours, no surprises guessing it has been way over that time with no response.
My bets have settled and because my account was closed I didn’t have access to cash out and couldn’t monitor my spend. After saying my account was fully verified and encouraging a deposit I find it staggering that I haven’t even been advised as to why my account was closed. I’ve requested to withdraw the funds in my balance back in a couple of emails and I’m still awaiting a reply.
Don’t use the site, just stick to the proper bookmakers who you know even if there’s issues with your account you can rely on a quick and helpful response. Mansion bet and their customer service as a whole represent a Mickey Mouse company.
Maybe one day I’ll be advised as to why my account was closed 🤷♂️

"Poor attempt to bait new players in"
Okay, so if you think the welcome offer is actually a thing, think again, if I could post screen shots in here I would. But this is how it went. I deposited using a debit card, and I got a message after saying this payment method used means I will not receive the promotion. So anyway I went to love chat and they said that because I'm from halifax, I would not receive the promotion. He spoke about BIN ranges, what ever they are this is why I didn't get the promotion. He so said that I should have listened to the pop up before I deposited saying I wouldn't receive the bonus with this payment method, there was no prior pop up🤣🤣 Anyway he then proceeded to tell me that the payment methods accepted were 'visa, MasterCard, credit cards and PayPal'. I was so confused with the situation, in the end I understood their intentions, they bait new customers in with the welcome offers, to give out poor excuses why they can't have it, and I think they're expecting you to just lose the money as you've deposited it on there anyway. Poor effort at scamming, I'm withdrawing my money straight away and expecting to have to get in contact with the disputes team for this... Sigh... What some websites will go through to scam your money...

Do not use, I’m convinced they’re a scam. Will tell you to verify your identity until you do then they’ll ignore you in hope that you give up trying to get your withdrawals that you won fair and square.

"Awful experience"
Awful experience. Whenever you have a winning selection it doesn't have a tick or anything to confirm it won. For example, A treble for three different teams to win their games. It doesn't tell you if they lost or won.
