I have to say i am disgusted with this bookmaker, when you place a bet on horses and if the odds change at that second your placing a bet then you are automatically given the lower odds even though it shows clearly on the site that I DO NOT ACCEPT NEW ODDS
I recall another bookmaker 10bet does exactly the same, the price doesnt change in the betslip so you have to keep an eye on the race when your placing a bet so if the odds do decrease you can stop your bet placement and take the better odds elsewhere
I hate bookmakers that have their system set up like this, i think its a purposely built in scam so you cannot go elsewhere to bet at larger odds.. if i am on a racecourse and i say to the bookmaker 10-1 please, he will give me 10s, he will not pass the bet back to me with 9s written on it, absolutely disgusting.... do not use this bookmaker for horse racing ever
And the site is unbelievably poor, u are logged out again and again if u arent using the site every damn second not to mention the amount of times it refreshes when you want to do different things on the site, absolute farce.
Update... After raising the issue of placing bets on horses in the lead up to the race where odds change more often, 2 times in a row i placed bets and no odds change showed on the race or betslip yet i was given lower odds, and then that second odds changed on the race.. after that report to their agents, the following day i was restricted from horse racing.
Another company restricting you for nothing, unless i am now allowed to raise disputes about technical errors, seems too much of a coincidence to get my horse racing restricted the following day.
PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE....AVOID THIS BOOKMAKER AT ALL COSTS...

Saw a promotion offering £20 in free bets if I joined up and had a £10 bet. I thought to myself what a great offer, it seems too good to be true, and yes it was.
I placed my bet and it lost, the chance you take so no problem, maybe I could recoup my losses with my free bets. This was not to be as no free bets were available. I try live chat to find out if I had made any mistakes that had gone against their terms and conditions but after half a hour waiting and looking like I was being ignored I decided to send an email.
After sending my email I received a bog standard automated reply saying they would get back to me within 24 hours but due to the ' ongoing global pandemic' it may be a little longer. Ok, I thought, it's not nice using Covid as an excuse but I'll wait a little longer.
4 days and another couple of emails later and nothing except automated replies ( they still manage to send me marketing emails though).
I've given up on the free bets, just a scam to get me to join up no doubt. I just wish they would have replied to explain things but by previous replies to reviews on trustpilot it looks like if I do get a reply it'll just be a crappy automated response, either blaming covid or something about their terms and conditions.
Virginbet replied to my email enquiry within a hour so why can't Mansionbet get back to me in 4 days? Obviously they are using Covid as an excuse, shame on you Mansionbet.

Only 1 star because you can’t do zero. Continually fail to understand they won’t let me deposit, there is no issues with cards or banks (discussed with bank 8 times now to make sure) but same drivel from Mansion bet. Claim (email) I am fully verified but keep asking for a driving license which they received 5 times. Chat function is a joke, phone line disconnects after 4 minutes every time without ever speaking to someone and they have continually ignore my tweets (in an attempt to get them to listen). One of the worst companies I have every dealt with, atrocious......AVOID AT ALL COSTS

UPDATE: I have given Mansion bet another opportunity to fix this and another 10 days of my life wasted. Still cannot speak to someone on the phone, emails are repetitive and incredibly frustrating, tweets ignored, chat function is pointless.

Disgusting site. My account has been limited from receiving free bets after just three orders which all of them lost as well. I'm waiting for them to give my money back and I will open a dispute otherwise. Just a bunch of thieves stay away from them.

I opened my account a while ago and haven’t used it for quite a long time I decided to use it again I was able to deposit perfectly fine via debit card and as soon as I withdrew my winnings they went straight to pending I got in touch and was told I had to send verification and also a screenshot of PayPal to prove it’s not corporate which I no longer have and all my recent deposits have been via debit card as you can’t even deposit with PayPal I have sent all the other required documents ID/proof of address etc and I am being refused over £400 of withdrawals

Horrible customer service, they didn't honour my promo. Payments takes too, send them numerous emails without a reply. This website should be shout down.

They have offered me a promo. After bet settling I have being told that my account is restricted.
They say that they have send me an email but when I asked to prove me that, they obviously can't, so they use excuses. I am currently try to solve this issue through IBAS.
If anyone had a similar issue with them I will advise to do the same

"Withdrawal times extremely poor"

The website itself is OK, it's casino and games functions are pretty good and there are many sports betting options. The issues come with their withdrawal times which are extremely poor. They state that they have to process your withdrawal first which they will try to get done within 3 days (in my case they say because it is a larger withdrawal it could be anything between 5-10) and then if you're withdrawing to a bank card it may take 2-3 working days on top for your bank to process. So that's anywhere between 3 to 13 days to receive your money which is extremely poor (I'm still waiting for my money). This needs to be sped up as a priority for customer experience as by being able to deposit instantly but waiting days if not weeks to get your winnings is not going to make people want to use the company.
