Been 7 days now and still says pending on my withdrawal. Don’t waste your time on this company they are shjte...

UPDATE..after having numerous conversations with there extremely rude support team who was quite frankly a prlck nothing has changed they told me to upload proof of a card that expired 12months ago and then questioned why I don’t have it anymore.. just withdraw my funds to the card I deposited with!!

One good idea this company made was a cash loyalty programme but that’s it.

Edit they just replied which I am pleased but they said it takes 3 business days for withdrawals it’s now Thursday and I made the request last Sunday.
