"Awful company"

Awful company. They use offers to entice you in then a couple of days later send you an email withdrawing your right to any offers, bonuses etc "after a review of your account." So-called customer support completely ignore your emails asking for an explanation, like it's acceptable to defame someone's character by implying they're dodgy when they've done NOTHING wrong! Will stick to Ladbrokes in future where I always get great service. And don't bother replying to this with the same scripted robotic response that everyone else is getting. It's just a show for the public, if you genuinely cared you'd respond to the emails people send to you rather than ignoring them!

EDITED TO ADD - I asked you not to bother with your automated responses yet here you are with the same old patronising nonsense about your T&C's. As clearly stated in my original review I have already emailed your so called customer service on a number of occasions. These emails are still awaiting a response as it seems to be your policy to ignore them. It's not a problem to me as I'm just happily continuing to give my money to Ladbrokes, William Hill and Paddy Power when I'm betting. It's you who's losing out due to your woeful customer service, not me.

"Really good site"

This site I just signed up on and have had the best of luck with my slot games and sports betting. I went through the cash out and yes it takes longer and it takes time for them to review the documents that’s it’s you and your bank account but others then that it has being a really good experience. People have patience with them this is a Alsome site and top notch software. Thank you and I hope people can read this and feel good about this experience with this site.

"Terrible"

Terrible, like so many on here I overlooked the fact that separate free bets cannot be used on a same event( they were both for the same team to win). Most bookies have no issue with this. It is buried in the small print, but not under the "significant" terms

Basically a trap

"Scam."

I was originally scammed out of £100 in winnings...foolishly I let it go only to be scammed again whilst they cancelled a winning section. I've started legal proceedings and closed my account. Scammers.

Edit. Not sure about your reply. I've emailed 16 times as I need the reason for legal representation why you cancelled a winning section. You haven't replied once.

Try to attract new customers with there signup offer and as soon as you meet the requirement they find excuses such as
"Unfortunately you cannot claim the bonuses as our system detects another account related to yours. Please mind that, as stated in the T&Cs of the offer, it's limited to one per person, IP address, device, household, payment details and e-mail address. Thank you for your understanding."

When you asked further explanation they are not able to give you more.

This is so easy to hide behind a T&Cswhile I'm 100% certain I never signup to this website before...

Please avoid they seems dodgy.

"Strongly recommend not using…"

Strongly recommend not using MansionBet. Signed up on Sunday, was verified online so I could start gambled. I made a bet of decent size for the day. I logged in later that night to check my winnings as it had come in. MansionBet had blocked me from accessing my account. No email or phone call to say why.

It is now Wednesday. They confirmed i was blocked so they could verify me with documentation. This was all sent across Monday. It is now Wednesday, no one is responding to me as I chase them via email. I have essentially been blocked from accessing my large sum of money and am not getting any responses.

What's funny is you cannot access the live chat function unless you are logged in. So by them blocking me out of my account, I have to use email, and therefore this gives them the chance to ignore customers for longer periods of time.

Now I've read reviews here, I can see I'm not the only one on the receiving end of such bad service.

I am praying they are not a scam company. Not holding my breath.

I notice you have replied on here to give people here the impression you are helping, however I have emailed you everyday since Monday and you haven’t responded to me. It’s now 5 days since you blocked me out my account with all my money in it. What do you have to say to that?

"awful customer service and attitude to withdrawals and review"

really bad, stay away at all costs.
I like many have had an account for a while and all going well, I had a nice win £290 and tried to withdraw, I like others have to submit documents policies I get but it took 5 days to ask me, the rest of the time I was being fobbed off, I uploaded all the docs and then because my bank card was lost and I had a new one I have to get in touch with my bank and try to get them to show I have changed my card. They have the new one, the whole way through the attitude was about not paying and hoping I went away, the company and customer service is a sham.

This is an update after 9 days and a lot of work i worked with a gentleman called Dan and managed to get all of the issues sorted, the incident was problematic but i am posting to show Mansion bet have worked with me to get the problem sorted
