I had a substantial bet on, tried to cash out, it rejected my cash out, the bet came in so I was pleased they rejected the cash out, they paid me the cash out money instead of the bet money even though they rejected the cash out, they are rotten people and its a rotten site that will take and scam you out of your money. Horrible stay clear. I have asked customer support to help me and they basically said hard luck better luck next time. They reviewed it an said they can't find anything wrong with it, they would say that though wouldn't they after taking £700 of one of their punters, its quite obvious to me what has happened here, they rejected my cash out and when the bet comes in they pay me the cash out sum, not the winnings. Disgusting experience and a very bad reflection for all betting sites.

A shower of sh**. I took up free bet promotion, lost a few bets about £50 down, got the free bet, a week or so later I was gubbed.why offer it then offer restrict if you take it. A bit of a pointless exercise using these jokers.

New this year to this platform, had a a couple of good football bets which won, had no problem what so ever after giving my requested (docs) payment was pretty prompt they have got a lot of bad press which I had read, but my own experience with Mansion so far so good couldn’t complain, customers service (Dan) very helpful.

Account denied instantly after signing up, first time registering. Can't use live chat without being able to login. Can email support, but then you just get ignored.

I was sanctioned from horse racing and greyhound races for no reason at all - I had placed around 10 x £10 bets, 6 of which lost. When questioned, the management stated:

"It is a management decision. The reasons behind it are at MansionBets discretion. Unfortunately, this sanction is permanent and it is not amendable. I do apologise for the inconvenience of this"

"We are not obliged to provide reasons behind our decision. Our management and traders have reviewed your account and have permanently sanctioned it"

This is very strange behavior - why sanction someone for placing bets? I mean yes, you aren't obligated to provide reasons - in the same way we are not obligated to use your platform!

I recommend that you don't waste your time here.

They have now withdrawn all use of bonuses. I can only presume that the company is in a bad financial situation - as they can not afford to give me a free bonus. I have decided not to hold any more money in this bookie, as I am worried that I would not get back my winnings or deposits.

Absolutely appalling service and five days after making a 4 figure withdrawl, still waiting for this to be approved, let alone paid out and received into my bank. Initial response was veri docs needed, but this didn’t come until after the withdrawal request. After provided it’s now taken over 3 days and counting and I am getting no proactive contact from Mansion.

Multiple excuses offered, no replies to emails, online chat service pointless, rude and patronising, as they have no influence or power,

Simply do not touch trust this company - find anyone else to use if you value your cash.
