Joined and placed a total of £25 in bets and did not receive the welcome bonus. I won money off my £25 bet and tried to withdraw. They said they needed security documents which i provided them with, they come back and said they needed additional documents and photo of me holding my ID. Again, i provided them with this, i placed further bets to be eligible for the £10 free bet promotion however on the morning i was due to receive my £10 i got an email stating:


Dear customer,

Following a routine review of your account at MansionBet, we have taken the decision to revoke your eligibility to participate in promotions and receive bonuses and/or free bets. Please note that promotion eligibility is at the sole discretion of MansionBet.

It has now been a week and they still haven't processed with my withdrawal.

They are the worst site i have ever used, they wont be around much longer.

Everytime I try to log in, a pop up says access denied please contact live support. Tried emailing them with no reply, in the automated response it says u should recieve a reply within 48 hours. It's now been 4 days. Cant get on live chat because they've blocked my account with no warning. Avoid at all costs

"Worst Betting Site"

I bet on a treble (1 horse, 2 football teams) i was told that because i bet on a treble best odds guarenteed was not available. Then i got told it was but because i bet before 10am it didnt count. Didnt give me free bets from signing up and customer service staff are rude and havent a clue whats going on


UPDATE - Company asked me to contact them below which i already had done but got no responce. Terrible

Never use them! Won £60 as a new customer using a free bet, they decided to pay £20 and cancel £40 of the winnings without reason or communication. Instead they emailed saying they had cancelled any new promotions but with no explanation as to why they were refusing to allow the withdrawal. I've never used them before and have only used a single other bookies for the past year.

Steer well clear! Shocking company I did the welcome offer and won 187 pounds but they refused to pay the full amount, deducting 110 as I had 3 of the £5 free bets on the same horse at Ascot!! Buried deep in the t&c well out of view it says only 1 selection per free bet. Then restricted me from all future promos after challenging them re the issue. Untrustworthy do not use!
