A very deceitful and horrible company.Ivan you need to grow some balls and go and work for a real copany.They offer to match your deposit with free bets and if you win it shows in your balance.But when you try and withdraw it your told you cant withdraw until youve wagered £2000.What a joke but its in the smallprint!!Avoid this company they just want to releive you of your money.Terrible customer service!!I spoke to ivan via live chat he then ignored me when i tried to contact again as i wanted to close my account.I then rang them and in was ivan the terrible again who eventually answered after 5 attempts.He eventually pretended he couldnt hear me to leave the call.Sad little man.

They banned me because after just a weeks of using their weekly club offer - bet 50 GBP for a 10 GBP free bet. I just placed my 10 free bet and received an e-mail that i am already excluded from promotions
When you do offer such club you would expect people to take care of it, right? NO MORE mansionbet....

Similar to plenty of others, a terrible experience with a bunch of crooks.
Placed 2 free bets on a football match (goalscorer and a booking, so in no way trying to play the system). Apparently, that's against their rules. Strange that I'm told this after winning and not at the point of placing the bets. Probably wouldn't have been told had the bets lost. Banned from future promotions as an added incentive! And the brass neck to remind me that I could bet on the cup final with them the day after,amongst other sporting events! Still sending me alerts after I've told them to close my account and stick it!
Stay well clear, there are plenty better.

UPDATE: they state must be paid with a UK debit card to be eligible.

I paid with a uk debit card via paypal, they are using this to worm their way out of paying. I will take dispute to IBAS and I strongly recommend people use another company

Very easy to deposit and set up an account. NIGHTMARE thereafter, won with cash deposit, withdrew £60 winnings, (not from free bets). Waited almost a week, nothing in the bank, contacted on live chat to find out where it was, they then say they need pictures of ID, a utility bill, picture of my bank card AND A SELFIE OF ME HOLDING MY ID DOCUMENTS. Ridiculous. I also got an email the day after registering to say I was not entitled to any further promotions....WHY?

Cannot believe this company has a gambling license, bunch of crooks.opened an account last week deposited £100 no problem, won £86 so withdrew the £186, like other reviews I have since read, I was asked to send in docs which I did, got no response and no funds sent to me, after numerous phone calls and emails without any clear indication of what was going on I have been told by phone tonight that my account is closed and I will receive an email tomorrow. Just seen that they have returned my £100 but not my winnings, surely this can’t be legal, guess I should have read the reviews 1st!!

Their website allowed me to place multiple free bets on the same selection, even though deep down hidden away in their terms and conditions this was not allowed, and they knew full well that they would not pay out on any winnings. They took away £75 worth of winnings and the free bets which I was credited. Stay well away from Mansion Bet, nothing but crooks.

Stay well clear .tried ti deposit £10 with debit card to get free bets.3 times tried 3 times failed.so instructed to use paypal do did using exact same debit card through paypal went through so thought happy days.received no free bets so asked why 5 days later received email saying no free bets if using PayPal.nowhere was I told or saw this on promotion.the same card used And wouldn't let me do using card.why would I use paypal really come on.so why no free bets.scamming company .never reply to emails until week or so . STAY WELL CLEAR
