Signed up with MansionBet on monday. Got a 100% matched deposit up to £100. Lost that on 2 bets. Then luckily managed to turn £20 in to £1900 due to a lucky golden period on the horses and dogs 👍 was really worried that getting this money would be a struggle or long drawn out process after reading previous bad reviews. But I must say on dealing with the verification process and customer service on quite a few occasions. I honestly can't fault anything about them. The verification has all now passed. And the withdrawal of £1900 is no longer pending and now completed. All in less than 48hours. Will definitely carry on using this site. And from personal experience there are no complaints here!

Signed up and took part in their weekly bet club. placing 5 bets at £10 per bet as per the instructions on their website. 1 week later i was banned from all promotions including the weekly bet club. had to contact customer service to get the free bet. I would not use this company again.

Signed up to Mansionbet via their free bets offer and after qualifying was instantly informed that I would no longer be eligible for any future bet bonuses/promotions. I had planned to place several bets with this company but will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Signed up to take advantage of the sign up offer. Went well and I was up £65 or so. Decided to withdraw it. Had to wait over 3 weeks sending numerous bits of ID back and forth (happy to take your money though aren’t they?...). Eventually they paid me what I was owed. Later the same day had an email from them saying I was excluded from all future promotions etc! Sour grapes or what? Avoid. There are so many bookies around these days why put up with customer service like this?

EDIT/REPLY: I don’t think you are quite getting it mansionbet! I have no desire to chase you to give you my custom. You had numerous chances and have fallen at each and every hurdle.

First they failed to honour there free bet promise. I emailed and a chat with advisor and finally it got sorted.

When I wanted to withdraw my £52 of win, nothing came to my bank account for 4 days. Finally I emailed and got a reply for verification. I send the verification doc and to my surprise I received on £27, the rest amount they have stolen under some stupid excuse. Masionbet should be banned from operating online.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE IN MANY YEARS OPERATING IN UK.

I m going to put a complaint and take it further eventhough it may cost me money and time.

This fraud pratices should be stop to protect people's money.
