"IT'S A SCAM!!!"

IT'S A SCAM!!!! I CALLED TODAY & THE NUMBER IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE. I DOUBT WE WILL GET THE COUCHES WE ORDERED OR THE MONEY BACK. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE. NOW I FIGURE OUT A WAY TO REPORT THEM.

"Worst service ever, SCAM"

We ordered a couch 2 weeks ago. The delivery date was set and after no one failed to showed up they tell us it is out of stock and reschedule it for next week. Today is supposed to be the delivery date but no one has shown up. I have tried calling their number but no one answers the phone or replies to any emails. I wish I could give them 0 stars. This company is a scam so don’t waste your money here. I’m not sure if we will ever get a refund from this place.

I also ordered a sofa set 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t recieved my sofas. It’s frustrating getting a phone call every week saying it’s not in stock. This is obviously a reoccurring problem they have and you guys need to resolve it. Plain and simple it’s hurting your business!

"I was skeptical about buying a bed…"

I was skeptical about buying a bed frame from them because they are not BBB certified...but when I found out you can pay cash upon delivery I felt better about making an order. The poundex trundle white faux leather bed came in time and delivery man was nice and brought it into the desired room. I believe i got a good deal for $200 and im glad i got this bed...will shop from them more

I am extremely happy with US Living . Absolutely no complaints what so ever. My guest/family think I blew a whole lot of cash to have my place looking so modern. Little do they know, US Living is my online place to shop with the best competitive prices around . I saved even more in opting to assemble myself at my own pace.
Delivery options to fit my busy schedule. Moe, the delivery guy is very nice.

Definitely will recommend and will do repeat business again.

Absolutely the best service I would highly recommend them they are the best.
Kevin the manager and his team were so helpful and right out honest with the products. We bought all our new home furnishings sofas beds dining room patio set bar stools all was fantastic! and we were accommodated for dates of delivery as this is our vacation home in Vegas and we are not always there, they went out of there way to get the job done.
The delivery guy Ramon and his partner were so helpful and friendly.
The quality of the furniture is fantastic and unbeatable prices.
I am from Canada sure wish they had an outlet there.
I would give them a 10 star rating but the highest is 5. I highly recommend them without any doubt simply the best!

"Bad company"

I placed an order early February. I was told that it will be delivered in two weeks. They called after two weeks to inform me that it will be delivered on the 24th of March. They called today to inform me that it will not be ready until the end of April. What the hell??? What kind of a company is this? What good business allows or permits this lind of delays in their company??? If it is even s real company because I am under the impression now that this is just a small office trying to coordinate with furniture stores around here. If you don't want to lose your mind, stay away from this company..if it is a company.
