"Fantastic Experience at Johnny Walker's Rv"
I spent several months searching for a Class A motorcoach to trade my 2021 toy hauler, as my wife needed it for travel back to Louisiana for a kidney transplant. Despite finding one we liked that didn't fit our budget, Joe at Johnny Walker's RV was incredibly helpful. He kept an eye out for something within our budget and, after a few weeks, they got a trade-in—a 2019 Fleetwood Flair. It fit our budget, and financing through my credit union was easy.
When I first saw the RV, they were reupholstering the driver and passenger seats, along with the sofa and dinette seats. They even ordered a new door from the manufacturer because they weren’t satisfied with its condition. They ensured the engine ran great, and the generator was top-notch. We finalized the deal, and I started moving my stuff into it on their lot. They have a mini campground in the back of the dealership where you can stay and move your items to the new RV.
During our stay, we found a couple of minor issues that they addressed immediately. Ray in the service department was one of the nicest and easiest-to-talk-to service managers I've ever dealt with. Everyone at Johnny Walker's RV was great. If you're in the market for a new or used RV, go see Joe. Tell him Darren sent you. You won't be sorry.

We have had a great experience dealing with Johnny Walker starting with our amazing sales rep Ashley all the way through having warranty work done on our rig by their amazing service department. Lance in service went above and beyond to get us taken care of on both of our visits to get repairs done. He even personally came out and did some touch up repairs and got on his hands and knees and scrubbed the floors on our rig before we left because the cleaning crew was at lunch, and we decided to pick our rig up a day earlier than planned. He had to deal with the manufacturer many times to make sure everything was covered under our warranty that was supposed to be.
My wife and I highly recommend Johnny Walker RV for all your RV needs and when you’re there look up Ashly in sales and Lance in service, they are both amazing people and will go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of.

We purchased a brand new travel trailer. Our purchasing experience was 5 stars. However, when it comes to service, there are serious issues. "We are very busy" is not an excuse to tell a customer. Customer is very busy too! You asked us to leave our trailer for 3 weeks. At the end of the 3 weeks, we were told that you just ordered the parts from the manufacturer. Why wouldn't you order the parts during the first week the trailer was in your shop? I am not blaming the service manager or the technician working on it. It is the CEO or the President's job to fix these issues. If you are too busy and can't service what you are selling, maybe, you should stop selling that many units!

My buying experience was great with Steve V. But when it comes to service they are awful. We bought our RV in July 2020. It stays at their yard for now. We have told them many times about warranty items to fix. None have been fixed. Brian and Brads excuses are where really busy or we can’t get the parts. Over a month ago we told them we were moving out of state. We were assured that it would all be done. Went there today and nothing had been done. Same excuse. I would not recommend their service department. Now we’re told they will contact Winnebago in Alabama to fix it. Ridiculous. I am so mad. Don’t go there for any kind of service.#Winnebago #johnniewalkerrv.

I AM ASKING THE FEDERAL COURT IN RENO NEVADA TO COURT ORDER CDC TO INVESTIGATE JOHNNIE WALKER RV AND FARMERS INSURANCE FOR POISONING THE DISABLED. I AM ALSO GOING TO ASK THE FEDERAL COURT IF THEY WILL TAKE MY DISCRIMINATION AND UDAAP CASE AGAINST JOHNNIE WALKER RV. NOW, JOHNNIE WALKER RV HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO TAKE ME TO COURT AND FAILS TO DO SO BECAUSE THEY ARE GUILTY OF POISONING THE DISABLED.
