"Outstanding customer service & training"
The customer service at Johnnie Walker RV is outstanding. Being first time RVers we required a lot of training. Joe spent hours with us on all aspects of our RV including teaching us how to use our tow dolly. We were pretty intimidated by the tow dolly but Joe turned us into veterans. His patience was endless, and believe me we tested him! Very good help.

"Lack of Communication; Overpriced."
$2000 seam separation turned into a $5600 markup. Nearly two months to complete the repairs caused us to forfeit an expensive holiday deposit. Had we known about their slow efforts... Had an awning replaced. It doesn't fit properly on the roller and was told "just roll it out, and roll in until it works. Bad experience. Poor effort by Johnny Walker to make things right points to a schiester in my opinion.

Both Dustin and Tom were beyond helpful. Both had a wealth of information and were consistently available throughout my entire process of purchasing a travel trailer. Never did I feel uncomfortable, rushed or cheated. I'd purchase again from Johnnie Walker RV and would refer a friend in a heart beat knowing they'd be treated fairly and with care.

Me and my wife were looking for a trailer to pull with my F 150 Johnnie hooked us up with a great trailer, great price, great payments. A nice trailer nothing more to say but great. Don Galvin is awesome and Shawn Thompson is awesome as well, Johnnie Walker is awesome.No complaints at all.

"Customer service is not dead."
It seems more and more difficult to find companies that even know what customer service is, much less have good customer service. Johnnie Walker RV has restored my faith that customer service is not dead. From the moment we walked through the door 'just looking', until we drove off in our new travel trailer, everyone we came in contact with at Johnnie Walker went out of their way to be friendly and courteous.
You hear it all the time. "We treat you like family". The difference is, the folks at JWRV actually do treat you like family. Throughout my experience at JWRV, I must have dealt with at least a dozen different people. From the salesman, finance, mechanics, parts people, and even the person cleaning the parking lot. Everyone of them was amazingly friendly.
Since our purchase, we have come in contact with other customers of Johnnie Walker's and they have said the same thing. That the employees at JWRV are the best when it comes to customer service. I won't go anywhere else.

Like the staff, liked the treatment, they corrected a delivery mistake quickly and the product "training" was outstanding. That said, the one MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT hasn't been Johnnie Walker RV, but instead with the manufacturer -- HUNDREDS of small metal shaving embedded in the carpet. HUNDREDS! I've spent hours digging these out of the carpet and I'm still finding them. Angry doesn't begin to express how I feel that some sloppy assembly tech would let this happen and that I'm supposed to believe there was a final "quality inspection" -- yeah right.

"The best!!! Family trusting business"
my wife and I have been early young campers since before we were married. We were dealing with campingworld. We bought our first and second Toyhauler from there. A 2009 Dutchmen N'Tense and a 2012 Dutchmen Rubicon. It was great that my wife and I could do something like this in our 20s. But never felt welcomed there. To them it was all business and kept on asking how much money we have. They didn't have any interest on us until I had to show them cash for them to have some attention. We found Johnnie Walker at a RV show in the Fiesta casino lot and met Shaunna our sales rep. She was so inviting and welcoming and never mention any money. All she cared about was we did out camping. Made us feel like we knew her. After a while we told her what we been up to and looking into a new rig and showed us our new 2015 Forest River Stealth. A bigger better equip unit and never asked how much money we had. For our third unit campingworld said $10,000 minimum for a new rig. Shaunna at Johnnie Walker made it happen with almost nothing down. We love this place everything even small bumps they took care of it before any questions. Took care of us like family. They gained our trust and bringing our friends and family for theyre next trailer here.

Call Tom at Johnnie Walker RV, he was on the ball with very new RV that come on the lot that fitted our needs. I went down to check out an RV that was very closed to what we wanted. And believed or not, someone was bring in there RV to sell, and that was want we wanted. We took it right then and there before any one else could.
