"Awful customer service"
My partner and I both took our day 2 tests and uploaded them at the same time. He got a certificate of confirmation the next day but I did not. After 24 hours I emailed customer services but got no response. I have emailed three separate times but still received no response, it has now been over a week.
Tried to call the phone number but it says they are no longer taking phone calls but will respond to all emails ASAP, but they are clearly not.
Appalling service, will never use again.

"I did not get the certificate and no replies from support"
I ordered the lateral test and I got it next day. The service at that point was great.
Bu after uploading my result i did not get the certificate. I submitted my results on 13th of November. I wrote to support bu still no answers.

Two tests ordered. No confirmation for second test, no response to emails, no certificate issued, no response to emails, phone line not responded to.

What experience we had not such experience with this lab we ordered test to be delivered to address off a friend in London as we live in Canada …. Paid for our tests when we arrived in UK no tests had arrived and emailing and calling the lab everyday we try and contact them for refund of even find out when tests are everything we try are ignored please do not use them

Not reliable lab at all. TRY TO AVOID IT!!
We bought 2 sets on the spot becuse we didnt want to take a risk not to get it on time (we was in UK only 4 days). After second day we took test and upload results via labs web portal. We got confirmation email but results never come to us.

"Useless"
Useless, as this company was recommended on government website I ordered 2 days test on 9th November for my return to the UK on 11th November. Was advised this would be received on 10th November. We are now on 15th and order is still showing as “processing”.
Sent an email on 12th asking where my test was and I have still not received a reply.
My partner ordered her test too on the 9th and 2 tests were addressed to her so I assumed that this was her test and mine so we both used these tests. Submitted our negative tests on 14th November and still nothing received back.
My partner has now received 2 emails and 2 certificates for the same test. So it looks like they sent her 2 tests and just didn’t bother sending me one. Shambles

"Total waste (Theives)"
These guys are thieves. I bought 2 units of day two tests from them, they sent just one unit. Then I asked for 1 more, they sent that later.
3 weeks since then I not received any test results (I had to take one more test to be able to go to office).
No, they are in incommunicado for the last 2 weeks. Wasted £110.

"I've got 2 experiences to report on…both awful"
I've got 2 experiences to report on here.
Firstly - I ordered for my friend - the test has not arrived in time for her to use. It said 2-4 working days (only after you book). My experience with all others have been posted out same day. Well 4 working days later, no test, and friend has returned home.
Secondly - a colleague eventually received their test / but no results. They don't answer emails or the phone. He's had to order another test at additional cost.
My review of this company. Unreliable, unprofessional at best, scammers at worst. I think a scam as they say Trust pilot rates them 4.5 out of 5!!!

"THIEVES!"
I would give this company zero stars if I could. It has been 15 days from my order. No one has replied to me, my covid test hasn't arrived, I have been clearly robbed. I tried to call them several times, I have sent them multiple emails. No answer. I am contacting my bank to get my refund and let the Government know what type of scam company they have on their list for the covid tests.

"Totally unreliable, non-existent customer support"
I purchased a lateral flow test for travel requirements. They say you should get the certificate within 6 hours, and to contact customer service if you don't get it in 24 hours. They are supposed to be available Mon to Sun until 5 pm. My 24 hours expired on a Sunday at 4 pm, I phoned them, a recorded message informed me that due to covid their phone support is suspended, I should email them instead (very convenient for time-sensitive matters!). So I did, three times, flagging it as urgent as I needed the certificate the following morning. Nearly 24 hours later I am still waiting for a response. In the menatime I had to purchse an emergency same-day, in person test from another provider. Don't waste your money (and time) with Rainbow Labs, just go with someone more serious.
