My experience was not good. I completed the form and submitted it through their website. 48 hours past and I didn’t hear back go I emailed them chasing up my results. I was dealing with someone by the name of Shubhankar, who was not helpful at all as claims they didn’t receive my submission which was ridiculous as I had confirmation that my form was with them and I would get my results certificate shortly. Poor service all round
