On 3/11/2021 I ordered and paid on Day 2 covid antigen test on line with delivery service. Today 09/11/2021 any trace of the test. I tried to call the customer service without answer. I also sent an e mail without reply.
No word.

Appalling service. Bought and paid for two tests, they sent one and now refuse to answer emails or telephone calls. This is clearly a scam from a company which profits from the misfortunes of others without remorse or responsibility. Avoid like the pandemic!

"I could not upload my test"
I could not upload my test. My husband sent a very clear picture of his totally negative test and was told it was unclear and he can pay for another test ‘which may be negative’ or isolate for 10 days. What a blatant rip off.

I want to share my excellent experience with this lab for day 2 antigen test required from UK gov.I called a few days before my planned weekend and I was very confused because I had to stay just 48 hours in London and I didn't know what to do exactly.The guy with indian accent explained me everything properly and patiently .He said that I needed just to collect the test,upload a photo, do it on Saturday and use it as day 2 and fit to fly because it goes well for Italian government.They gave me the results in one hour and a half Saturday morning.I used it to fly back home too.wonderful service and thanks a lot to the Indian guy that is so professional and prepared to help people with this nightmare of COVID-19 requirement that changes continuously creating confusion.harley street is close to regent park, very central. remember to collect the test before Friday 500 pm.they give the result in Saturday but not on sunday.hope to be helpful.

Ho ordinato per mia figlia, che doveva recarsi in Inghilterra, un test Covid del giorno 2. L'ha fatto il 19 settembre 2021 e rispedito, ma purtroppo non ha mai ricevuto la risposta del risultato. Abbiamo telefonato e scritto email più volte ma abbiamo ottenuto solo risposte evasive, fino a non risponderci più. A tutt'oggi siamo ancora in attesa di un rimborso.

"Absolutely a horrible service… Or…"
Absolutely a horrible service… Or rather absolutely no service. My family and I ordered 2. day tests for our visit to the UK and never received them. I have been calling all day, and the line has been busy. Only after closing hours is there an machine telling me that telephone hours are from 9-17. This is rubbish!
We ordered because they announced that they had next day delivery, however we have not received our tests and we get no answer from the company. Not by telephone or emails.
