We are v disappointed with this company.
It is impossible to get hold of anyone by phone and , having paid for 2 tests we have only received one. This puts us in a very difficult position given the government guidelines on post travel PCA test requirements.

"money back for tests 2,5,8…"

I contacted the company for tests 2,5,8 days. The tests were delivered to the address, but were not received due to my absence. My order has been returned to Rainbow Labs and I got my money back for the tests.
I am grateful to the Rainbow Labs staff for their participation in my problem, their responsiveness and friendliness.

"Despite"

Despite good customer service on email and phone, one sample was lost, another had to be run twice, and it took 2+ days from priority posting to results. Whether it's the postal service that is letting this promising service down is unclear.

"Generally efficient but slow"

Generally efficient on order-delivery. But packaging coming in different boxes from different test labs meaning differing rules. I personally mistook an ambiguous instruction the wrong way and lost days while the lab backtracked the result. Consequence then, and since, is a relatively long delay to receive results such that the Day5 Test to release is probably not worth it, (done and mailed day 5, result day 8).

I sent back my day 2 test on Sunday (from a priority post box) and it’s Tuesday evening and I still don’t have a result.

The support I received was thorough and timely and my issue was addressed in very less time. Great effort from them.
