I'm pleased with the phone and the service I received from the company. I wanted the results quickly after getting tested. Their phone conversations were very informative and delightful, and they provided exactly what I wanted: a quick service

- DAY 5 tests had conflicting instructions inside...they also email you a video which gives you a third (incorrect) way to package and return the sample.
- none of the 3 instructions advise you to note down the Tracking number on the address label....even though that's what they ask for when they're trying to locate your sample
- you don't get an automated confirmation of receipt of your sample (as i got for my RANDOX DAY 2)
- Activation process requires very minimal information compared to other Labs like RANDOX who ask you at what time you took the sample for example.
- They use DANTE labs and just forward on results to you.....lesson learnt

I'm due to take my RANDOX DAY 8 test tomorrow and still haven't been able to return to work because of this Mickey Mouse outfit.

I have no idea who this company who call themselves Raibbowlabs are, but they are certainly don't do what they suppose to do. They certainly are NOT PROFESSIONALS. They shouldn't fool people from overseas, take their money and promise them that they will carry out the tests on time and let them know the results on time etc. They never answer the only phone they have and they never respond to urgent emails. All in all this company is only there to take people's money and I am sure they are getting quite a lot from the government, from my taxes.

Sent my test on Tuesday ( 4 pm) got my result on Thursday morning (9am). Easy to communicate with, quick responsive, I am so happy I used this company! Thanks to Raja, Chethan,Mary. Keep up the good work guys!

I think Rainbow Labs are absolutely excellent and helped me no end when I messed up the instructions and did not make me pay again but helped me through my error and were so lovely - particularly Raja!

I bought the 3 tests for my family on return from abroad and all tests were delivered the day we arrived and each one of the results (so long as posted in a priority covid mailbox) was done within a day. There was one inconclusive test but that was retested and took an extra day. The communication and forms was all very simple and well done.
Couple of points, website for filling in details could have a login and store some prior details as it was a pain to re-enter this 9 times. Also sometimes I got a text and sometimes I got an email, if this could be consistently one or the other would be better but these are minor gripes.
