"DO NOT BUY! TOO SLOW!"
I bought day 5 Release test. Today is day 8 and I still do not have result. DO NOT BUY!!!! If you want, as me, to be released early from quarantine. Today I lost shift and lost money for the test as I was still not having it. I will be complaining to DHSC and I am hoping they'll stop companies like this taking money for service they are not able to provide.

"No results! No way to join them."
I did receive the tests quickly that was reassuring but then no results at all. Rainbow Labs seems to blame Royal Mail for delay, well unfortunately for them, the tracking number on the letter works perfectly so I know for sure that they receive the test. we are in weekdays so what is the excuse now for not delivering any results. Even better, the only phone number you can reach them on is out of order! That make the service untrustworthy. And I’m really sorry for myself because I’m the one stuck because of their timeline issues.

I previously left a rather negative review of Rainbow labs which I have removed now. They were a little hard to get hold of but when I did, they were professional and really lovely and just apologised for being inundated.
All my tests were completed quickly and within time frame they set and aside from being a little hard to get hold of on the phone, I can’t fault them.

"shocking results"
shocking results. Every test from day 2 to five was late. no communication. if you think that getting a 24 hour turn around was good then think again. I sent my second test on a saturday morning and got my result back Tuesday......... They don't work Sunday or bank holidays.......... My five day test to release was sent on Tuesday morning and I got my result back on Friday............ My eight day test still hasn't been returned and I've already flown out of the country. Try asking for customer complaints................ wall of silence.

"Day 5 Test to Release Review"
posted my Covid test to the lab on Friday. It’s been more than 4 days and I still haven’t received my results!!
I contacted them yesterday and was advised that they located my test and that I would receive my results shortly.
I bought the day 5 Test to Release to be able to go back to work early, but the services are so slow. The customer support also promised to get back to me yesterday but never did.
I still haven’t got my result back and tomorrow is the end of my quarantine! So basically I bought that test to release for nothing, which I’m gonna claim my money back for !

I am giving one star because my kit arrived late. when I call to ask about my kit the costumer service was really poorly no help what so ever. we received the video on how to pack the test right to send it back 3 days after I made the test and also I pack it the wrong way and put it on the priority box. so was a bad experience!
