The model was great, emails answered quickly. The only problem was it took months to get the order. Order placed in August and it was after the first of the year and many means a phone call before it arrived.

"Bad Design Process, Long Production Timeline, Quality Product "

While Aviator Gear always delivers a quality product, the design process and timelines continue to get worse. When “designing” my latest patch, they continued to do the bare minimum throughout multiple email exchanges, often ignoring my requests for changes or cropping images versus actual design work. It ended up that I had to do the image in PowerPoint to get something actually usable. Then there is the production timeline. It is obvious this is a high demand company, but the production timeline is now becoming untenable. However, the end product is always high quality and looks great. It is getting to that point that is pushing me to other companies that provide similar products in a much more desirable timeline and design experience.
