If you need a patch or coin made (or both) this is the company for you. The products are high quality items, they have great customer services and I can highly recommend them.

Timely and EXCELLENT looking products. Worked with us to get our unit patch just the way we envisioned it.

That said, their promos NEVER work and they flood your email with them non-stop after you do business with them 1 time. Be ready to hit that "unsubscribe" button promptly.

They also will pimp you for reviews with the promise of gift cards. Then, surprise surprise, they don't deliver on those either.

TL;DR: Great products and production team. Marketing team is run by a bunch of high school freshmen that have no concept of follow through or honoring commitments.
