Gold standard service from Chris and Ollie. Very impressive with excellent customer service. Very personable highly knowledgeable and very engaging. Really took the time to understand what I was wanting and recommended excellent solutions and products. I purchased a new cycling shoes and pedals. Wonderful speaking to these guys who are very passionate about cycling and customer experience. Ollie was outstanding incredibly helpful at fitting my bike. He spent a great deal of his time sorting out my bike for which I am very grateful. Wil be a Dales customer for life. Please keep up the outstanding service.
