"I used my Drevos International Smart 50…"

I used my Drevos International Smart 50 for the first time yesterday. These smokers are from Romania and have a good following in the EU. I started the process of ordering mine in March, it was delivered in October. The cabinet is truly a real work of craftsmanship. The model i have is digital and after the first use in my opinion there is more work to be done on the controller. I tried to setup a snack stick schedule but only 2 changes seemed possible. There is every chance I'm not fully understanding the procedure this early on. I did the steps manually and I am well pleased with the results.

Conclusion of after first cook.

I would absolutely recommend this smoker for sausage, snack sticks and jerky hobbiest.
However if I were to do it again it wouldn't be the digital version but the manual controls.

Drevos was great to deal with from start to finish. I was debating on 2 different smokers they took the time to personally help me pick the right one for my needs. They gave me frequent updates on progress with my order the entire time. Including photos of the build and my customizations. Even sent me pictures and video of my smoker being wrapped up and put into a shipping container. After I received my smoker, they followed up with both emails and phone calls to make sure everything went well with the delivery.The machine came by ship and then from the port to my house it traveled by truck on a pallet, it arrived in perfect condition. They also provided tracking information so I was able to keep track of the progress from the time to got on a ship until it arrived. It's a really beautiful machine and does a fantastic job. Completely satisfied with my purchase. If you're looking for something unique, that's hand built with old world craftsmanship, and great customer service, then a Drevos smoker is your choice.

Haben gestern unseren Drevos Smart 50 mit DHL bekommen. Super Verpackt. Infos vom Hersteller regelmäßig erhalten. Unser Wunschliefertermin war lange nach Fertigstellung da wir nicht zu Hause waren. Alles kein Problem für den Hersteller. Wenn wir ihn mit dem Kran auf unsere Terrasse gebracht haben werden wir ihn auspacken und dann weiter berichten. Bisher wirklich alles super. Wir waren erst ein wenig skeptisch mit einem Hersteller aus Rumänien. Völlig unbegründet war unser Vorurteil. Wir können diese Firma nur empfehlen.
