"Best cold and hot smoker I have ever had!"

From the prepurchase chat, to the price and of course the cooking experience it is hard to fault this company and it's product! I opted for their Smart 30. It is big enough for the domestic user and probably would suit most commercial users. It has a strong heating element and a great smoking system which filters out alot of the bitter tar like substance from the chips. We have cold winters in Ireland.so the heater and the incredible insulation means that it not only it heats up much quicker than my previous smoker but more importantly holds the temp well and hardly drops when you have a wee sneaky look mid cook. The dehydrator function is also great for making my beloved biltong

I saw the oven on YouTube and immediately decided that I wanted to buy the oven. The sales consultant was very nice and competent. That made the decision easy for me. The oven was shipped super quickly. I tried it out and i'm very impressed. I smoke a lot but this oven beats everything. Technology meets rustic traditions.

I purchased a new Custom Smart 50 Smoker after seeing these on facebook and at first I was a little sceptical.

Right through the process there was updates and opportunities to ask questions or modify the build.

We did have some delivery problems. On the day the unit was damaged by the private carrier as they had transferred it from the pallet it was dispatched on (photos were sent) to a van. There was damage to fasica pieces and also the locks.

The guys are drevos sorted everything straight away and took the list of problems and dispatched a care package with teh repalcement parts and a gift for my patients and time.

The instructions on the smoker arent the best and the english instructional videos are non-existent BUT the company are on hand to walk you thorugh everything and I know they are working on those videos

I'd definately recommend one of these smokers and Drevos international.
