Vom ersten Kontakt zu Drevos bis zur heutigen Lieferung war die zusammen Arbeit mit Drevos top. Wenn Fragen meinerseits waren wurden diese stets beantwortet. Auch die Anlieferung von DHL freight war super.

Not only you can do cold smoke, hot smoke but also dehydration. And I guarantee you that soon they even have it built in with the option for steaming. When I ordered my smoker I was a little skeptical but they’ve destroyed my doughs from the day one. I mean the way how they communicate with you and help you with the decision of which smoker is the right for you and what options would you like. Not only that they are with you through every step of the way and the construction of your smoker. There is no same smoker out there that is made from Drevos. When you order it from Drevos, you not just making a purchase of a smoker but it is an investment for your future. With Drevos you are not just a number when you buy their smoker or any of their products you become a family that’s always with you and always helps you with any problem. When mine came it was so well packaged that it took me half an hour to just unpackaged it because they made sure that this smoker gets to your home in one piece without any damages. I planing on getting another one but a lot bigger smoker from them in the near future because they are the best company to deal with. The level of communication with them is unbeatable unlike any of their competitions that will take you hours to just contact them and then no one wants to help you or understand you. I’ll say this if you want something that will last for a very long time then get yourself a Drevos smoker and you won’t be disappointed.
