"Lost mortgage money! "

Received horrendous service when my mortgage money was misplaced/lost back in May 2024. The bank was blamed for this error, however, never received any evidence to support this.
Sent a complaint on the 11th June 2024 and still waiting for a response.
DO NOT USE!
