Our case was handled by Umayr Waraich @ GPL and the whole experience was excellent. We left our remortgage a little late and probably could have been more prompt getting documents to Umayr but despite all of that we completed on time today. He was prompt, polite and efficient throughout, even finding time to give us a little (professional & polite!) nudge where needed. I deal with conveyancers as part of my job and I must say that the service Umayr provided is very well above the norm.
